Lots of broken things like the sliding door to the restroom, the AC unit broken, the remote control broken, lamps didn't work. Also said free breakfast but there was hardly any food. Just waffles, milk and coffee that's it. Everything looked clean though

The pool wasn't maintenance

The fan on the ceiling in the bathroom was falling out of his wall and has mold on it the phone did not work I asked for a wake up call and they refused to come knock on the door and wake me up said it was kind of my problem no coffee pot no microwave no swimming pool the breakfast was horrible there was no juice there was only a waffle or toast I don't think I got my pay worth so I will be locating somewhere else next time thank you

We had to put $100.00 CASH deposit down . Upon walking in the front desk attendant was rude . We went into a room and it had blood stained on one bed and the other bed had multiple grey and brown stained . Also smelt heavily like cigarettes. We went and got another room and the bedding was better in there .But still not 100% clean .

Hard to communicate with the staff due to language barrier, pool area not too clean nor sanitary. Hot tub was not working and was filthy. Room Service did not clean my room, when I asked the next day on why it wasn’t done I was told that I have to request it. I was only given two towels when asked for four they said they didn’t have any.

I like the location on how close it is too nearby businesses.

Hot tub was not working. They had thick ice in the parking lot on the side where they seemed to put everyone and you had to walk across it to get from car to room. No security latch (one that flips over) on door - looked like it had been cut off. Metal frame sticking out from bottom of bed (I have a bruise on the top of my foot from hitting it).

The rooms are in bad shape fan in the bathroom was about to fall off hanging. The heat lamp in bathroom not working. Room was none smoking smelled of smoke. Had a strange smell. Place needs a make over. The staff was great.

Noisy neighbors. Inconsiderate. I believe they were full time tenants. Too many kids in the pool that it was difficult to swim without getting splashed or a child getting in the way.

Nice clean room but the grounds were dirty.

This hotel advertises that this hotel offers breakfast. White red toast waffles and cold corn flakes do not constitute breakfast in my opinion. The first meal of the day should always have some sort of protein and every other day than that I've been to serves eggs or sausage or yogurt or even cold hard boiled eggs. In addition to that the indoor pool that was supposed to be heated was at 60° and the hot tub was even colder. Ultimately we would have gotten a cheaper hotel How do we known that we would not be able to swim or have breakfast.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. It is in a very convenient location there are restaurants all around and a target at the end of the street that are easy to get to even if you're walking and it is easily accessible to and from I-40.

I did not like that we were put in a room that smelt like a cigarette party happened two minutes before we entered. We got moved to another room. And the heater was not working. We called the front desk asked for a heater. Said we would get one at 8:30-9:00pm. We never got one.

The hot tub was broken but they claimed it worked. The heater in the swimming pool area was turned off even though it was winter time.

The price was good. However they had 3 rooms reserved and there should have only been 2 we returned the key right away and we were still charged for 3. I would really appreciate a refund for that 3rd room that we didn't use. ASAP

Property old building and rooms paint old chipped and banged up carpet old. No microwave in room as advertised. Hot tub was green.

the breakfast was only cereal or waffles......they charged us 40.00 extra dollars on top of our bill upon checkout for utilities!!! I'm p*ssed!!! Plus we had to have had the worst room!!!

My next-door neighbor was extraordinarily loud. Her dog barked incessantly and she was outside screaming a People and talking on her phone very loudly for hours on end. i’m not generally one to complain but I did step outside and tell her if she really needed to tone it down.

Property is definitely run down, sheets had stains/holes, furnishings were old & gross. Next time I will pay more for better quality.
