Sink in bathroom was broken and nasty. 2nd Room was nasty had cigarettes butts all over and unclean. No ideal we're free breakfast was. Look but no signs or directions.

I had a discount card, the lady didn't even look or acknowledge it at the front desk. The room was clean but there was a lot of food items that wasn't vacuumed up.

Restaurant attached was very good, bar was good. Was comfortable. The staff cleaning staff were very polite.

Well fake eye brow was glued to night stand. Small bottle of liquor with cigarettes in it next to night stand. Wife had to clean jacuzzi because it was dirty dont think they cleaned room.

The entire hotel smelled of stale cigarettes. Needs to be updated badly. We were expecting our room to have a kitchenette but instead it had a fridge with a microwave on top. The elevator stopped working the second day of our four day stay and was still not working when we checked out.

The pool was nice. Beds were comfortable.

The room was dirty. The comforter on the bed was nasty and we had to clean our own room. I also didn't like that I couldn't check in early.

I like that it was close to work and that I didn't have to check in myself, my fiance could do that for us. The front staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to complete the check in process.

A couple in our group were over charged by $100. And we're treated terrible when trying to resolve the issue by management. Was told our business was not needed. So next year all 12 of us will go to another motel.

The bathroom had hair from someone else in the tub an on counter. Behind the night stands was ashes an crumbs an the telephone was awful it was so dirty.

Was in a room for smokers but when I ordered online I might have missed that it was a smoking room rug in the room had white stains on it refrigerator had standing liquid in it website shows nice painted rooms but room looked like it hasn't been updated in 20 years

The hallway smelled bad. The room didn't smell much better. We were put right next to smoking rooms and the whole area smelled bad, not just like smoke. The facility needs new carpet and updating. Bed was clean and we were really only staying there to sleep so we just dealt with it.

we had a jacuzzi tub. the receptionist was rude when I called down saying I couldn’t get it to work. she said to “push a button.” as you can see in my picture… I had to guess which hole to stick my finger in and just hoped for the best. it did work once I got past that part. also, our coffee pot was missing a piece to it so we couldn’t make coffee that morning.

Location was great and the restaurant beside the hotel was delicious and was a fun place for adults to enjoy music late at night.
