We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur room floor was sticky and the bathroom still had leftover hair and trash on the floor. The mirror in the bathroom was streaky and had lint from a cleaning towel on it. The phone chargers by the bed didn’t work.
Economical and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

United States of AmericaOur first night who ever was above our room was walking back and forth till late, than after 3am Lexington police was knocking on a door next to us that woke us up. The man that check me out, didn't act friendly...he didn't ask how my stay was, he never smiled or tell me to come back.
The lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean.

United States of AmericaYou get what you pay for. There were a lot of cosmetic issues that they need to fix like the shower head was rusted. There was mold around the base of the tub. The sealant at the base of the toilet was no existent so the toilet moved every time you sit down. The bathroom was too small you couldn’t have more than one person in there at a time without bumping each other. There was yellowing of the walls in the bathroom and we stayed in a nonsmoking room. The mini fridge was broken the freezer part didn’t keep anything frozen and was missing a legs so it wobbled ever time you open and closed it.
It was in a good area around a lot of food choices. The staff were great accommodating our every need.

United States of AmericaThis was probably my 10th stay at this hotel and the only time I have had an issue. My room was upstairs and reeked of cigarette smoke. We were in a non smoking room. I used a can of Lysol but it didn't mask the smell. The security door was also broken. Not very secure when everyone has access to your room.
The man at the desk and lady that cleaned our room were very nice. Great location to restaurants.

United States of AmericaLocation is sketchy, room was on back side of a very isolated area and didn't feel super safe. Coffee machine was not working part of stay and kitchen staff told my husband that staff may say something about him getting me breakfast and taking it back to our room where I was waiting. Not sure what that was about. Husband said firm bed hurt his back, would not be good for you if you like a super soft bed.
The desk staff was very nice, appreciated that they accepted dogs with only $10 fee per night.

United States of AmericaThere was no coffee anytime we were there. It seems they would have a back up coffee machine. The pool was not useable and it didn’t look like it has been useable for months if not years. It looked like a health hazard. The staff said it would be fixed but didn’t say when, except to day it wouldn’t be usable during our stay. The pool should not have been advertised, and should not be advertising in the future until it is fixed.
The room was clean and spacious. The price was low.

United States of AmericaThere were only 3 towels in the room, and we were 4, and we were told to wait until the morning to get an extra towel....we wanted to take a shower but used a beach towel that we bought with us. Breakfast was horrible... scrablled eggs were coled, no bread at all, no coffee or even hot water to make tea the machine was out of order and when I asked the Breakfast guy if I can just get a cup of hot water he was inpatient and told me... can't you see the machine is out....we just went out for breakfast and coffee...overall room was clean but outside the door it was filthy.
The room is clean, and the beads are ok. The women in the reception was really nice.
