bathroom toilet didnt flush bathroom door broke wouldnt close tried giving me one bed when i reserved 2 told them about toilet didnt fix it or clean room im happy day inn but the people who runs this one needs to improve it

It was loud. People kept fighting and nothing was done. Also the cleaning staff was also talking loud while cleaning.

Poorly maintained facility.. No stopper for the tub because the faucet leaked. Shower curtain rod at a wonky angle, loose, and painted in place. Some lamps missing switch, etc. The bed was squeaky. But we did get to the airport on time. The location was great for us. Close to the airport.

Very old facility. The bathtub looked original from the 60’s. If I had a child with me no way I would bath them. Cracked tub , spackle glob on the shower wall. The room smelled musty. It seemed they must have painted recently as there were paint drips on floors & molding. Breakfast- one side of the only toaster didn’t work, no artificial sweeteners, eggs were rubber. The pool was right by the parking lot. It was the size of a hot tub.

Clean the floors, in all areas of the room. During my stay bathroom floor,dirt and mold on walls. Cleaned the area myself with BLEACH.

Facility is rundown, AC in room was subpar, no shower pressure. Ac unit held up with 2x4s, towels on floor for leaky ac. Curtains stained and not light blocking. Area didn't feel safe. Outlets wore out plugs didn't stay in. Our room had an iron but no ironing board. Next room had both.

Clean rooms better n bathrooms not well kept and bed skirts need to be washed minecwere completely dirty n disgusting. They don't dust my sons allergies were out of control. The black book in the room that tells you about property is completely molded. It's probably still wiped down and Noone seems to care I guess.

I went to get a room due to unexpected loss in my family. Guy at the counter literally charged me 180 for a room. As I went online I was totally pissed with how much he over charged me.

The only lighting was provided by two small side table lights, one did not work at first. The AC was not adequate for the room it would not stay on or cool. The shower current did not stay closed in the bathroom, as it was on a curved bar and to short for the shower and there were roaches in the bathroom.

The area not the best The pool green and greasy Bathroom clean but very old so u can see the screws you can see the paint coming off no lid in the bad Window extremely dirty and foggy, no blinds so if curtain is open you have no privacy Breakfast don’t know where to start just I wanted tea and when I asked they said we don’t have that , I left that place very dissapointed will never return there.

the water pressure in the shower was terrible. our shower leaked all over the bathroom even when it was off. the website says early check in and late check out and when we asked about it they said that they don’t do that so when our train was leaving at 5:20pm we had to be out at 11. just annoying.

The breakfast was mediocre. The toilet in my bathroom took awhile to fill and flush again. The shower pressure wasn't the best but it got the job done.

The king size bed was nice. Not as plush as some hotels but it was comfortable and I slept well. The AC was cold and I really appreciated that. The inside of the hotel was quiet for my entire stay.
