Pillows are flat as a piece of paper.otherwise it was a great week at a Day's Inn in VB.

Loved front desk ladies!!As well as the stay wonderful definitely will come back and stay every time we come to VB. Keep up the good job Ladies and Gentlemen.

The water pressure in the shower was not great. I definitely think it could be fixed. It wasn't even flowing it was more like dripping instead. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I enjoyed how it was kinda centered with the beach and shops and places to eat around it. I also liked how clean the room was and how peaceful it felt. After a long day of traveling a clean and peaceful room was very nice.

We were in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need, but with the dhower water went everywhere on the floor. Not thinking and assuming we would get fresh towels the next day we used our towels on the floor. It was late when we got in, no fresh towels. Also the heater/ac unit was not working when we first came into the room on our 2nd night and took some jiggling with the plug to get it working. It was cold going into our room

A friend stayed with us. We called 1.5mos prior to stay and asked that our rooms be together. We called again 2 weeks prior and was assured it was not an issue. Day of arrival we called 11x on the way there and Noone answered. We arrive only to find out we couldn't even be on the same floor. It was inconvenient at best....but to have been told it was not a problem prior made it a bit hard to accept. The pool was great sat n sun when we got there, it was heated and enjoyable. Mon Tues wed.....there was a green spot in the corner and I watched the guy cleaning the pool ignore it every time he vacuumed. Miraculously Thurs evening, right before the weekend crowd arrived it was super clean again. It was as if the people who payed to be there thru the week didn't matter because it was not a larger crowd. I have stayed at this facility numerous times since we have been going to VA beach....have recommended it to others and have been hesitant to change. They will get another opportunity...but only one.

I like the location. The staff is always friendly.

Breakfast was not very good. Hotel is dated and needed some maintenance..

Quick and painless checking and out. Towels we restocked without having to call for more when we came back. Lots of parking which is a bonus! Good location.

The property is dated, but the beds were comfy, the location was quiet, and the room was clean.

The location (and the Staff) were both great! One block from the beach, and an easy walk (or drive) to local restaurants and sights. The on site parking (included in my room rate) was a huge bonus and the Staff on site was WONDERFUL! Christina and Amber at the desk were warm and knowlegeable. The workout room (while somewhat 'dated') was one of the best equipped that I've seen in a long time!

There was hair in the tub when we arrived. While we were thankful that breakfast was included, we were a little disappointed in the selection

Walls are thin, you can hear rooms next to you talking on the phone. Doors would slam and be excessively loud. Check-in took quite a bit while longer than most places.

Rooms were clean. Location was good for where I was working. Breakfast was good.

Some of the lights needed bulb replacement. No water pressure for taking showers. The air conditioner made some type of noise.
