Extremely rude and dishonest staff, location had people making sexual propositions to guests, trash and broken glass in parking lot, reserved queen bed and given full, chair and items left in.the middle of the hallway and ceiling access left open, breakfast "buffet" consists of frozen waffle or bread to toast and juice or coffee that you have to request from front desk staff, refused to accomodate floor request despite admitting had a room available.

The bathroom needed some work. Felt like every time I needed to wash my hands, I was going to break the sink. The bathtub needs to be refinished. Staff wasn't the greatest. Should have spent money on going out to get breakfast. I think getting a lunch sack with water and a granola bar was better than what they served.

It was a convenient location for walking distance to food.

Towel rack was ripped out of wall anchors on one side in bathroom. Shower curtain rail deformed from bathroom door hitting it. Bathtub liner/ paint chipping. Breakfast was available if you order through the front desk attendant. I think the options were cereal or eggo waffles. Bed felt almost like a hammock is sunk so low when I sat on the side.

Located on a main street for easy access and near a few places to eat.

Nothing worked. TV only had one working channel. The fire alarm went off 4 times. Our non smoking room smelled so bad of smoke we could feel it in our throats. We asked to move rooms. A quarter size glob of yellow was on the side of the mattress. The facility clearly doesn’t get much financial investment from the owners. Completely over priced.

Information is incorrect regarding what the hotel has to offer. It needs to be updated. Safety lock broken and door was a struggle to even get shut. We heard others on that floor with the same issue. I should have realized that the "disappointing" by the rating had been earned. Wildly expensive for such a hotel as this. It was a shock that Booking.com has this as a choice.

Staff was nice with exception of one male. It is a good location. Some updates but mostly paint put over with no prep work.

The building is very old, and needs to be updated. The AC wasn't working, breakfast was lacking, there was no ice container in our room, the vending machine was all sold out so I couldn't get water. The water in the bathroom sink ran warm or hot, therefore I couldn't get cold water. The front desk staff were not friendly at all. I will not be back.

Facility is run down and shabby and didn't look like it did in the photos, looks much older in real life. When you reprogram a room card, all need to be updated. Would be helpful to know this. There weren't enough towels for 3 in our room. Sink was rusted and bathtub was repainted in areas? Washing machine didn't work, nice staff helped fix it. AC didn't work, grumpy rushed mechanic fixed it. Bill surprised me with a $150 additional hold fee that I wasn't aware of, nice staff explained it and offered to help with it. Pool was locked and keys didn't work, rushed mechanic let us in. No non-dairy options for breakfast except fruit and a hard boiled egg. Booked an "executive" room but it wasn't executive level. Carpet seemed unclean.

We liked the staff, the two desk staff were fantastic. There were so many issues but they did everything they could to help with each problem, and they resolved most everything. If it were for the kind helpful staff this place doesn't stand a chance of staying in business.
