Bathroom was not clean at all. mirror was dirty, cobwebs behind the door. Bed was very very hard. Breakfast was until 9 got there at 8am, there was very little food left.

Old and uncomfortable but only place in the area.

Convenient location but hotel needs a lot of updating. Good cost but I would pay a little more for a better bed and cleaner room.

I didn't mind that the room was old. But there were areas in the room that were not cleaned well. The room phone was greasy and dusty and behind the tv, there was dust, too. I just wished they cleaned the room well.

The location was good. There were restaurants nearby. Beds were okay.

The breakfast was really poor. They should work on it OR just stop it. I know it's complimentary, but still, they should serve some basic breakfast. We just had coffee and packed muffins.

We were 4 families and took 4 rooms. The rooms were clean and the bed was OK. The carpet in the passage and in the room needs to be clean more. Overall the stay was good compared to the price.

Pillows were not comfortable didn't realize the two queen rooms do not come with a microwave.

The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and need an up grade. The rug is old and dirty. I cleaned and sanitized the room, it wasn't clean. Breakfast was a disappointment, nothing hot, egg sandwich but no ketchup or condiments.

I didn’t find it as clean as it should be. The ring around the toilet was not good, very, very dirty under the rim and blood was on the seat. I have Clorex cleaner and sanitizer or else I would have left. The rooms need to be updated and clean the dust balls.

The people are fantastic. It made a stressful time easier.

No kettle for making coffee, although coffee and tea packets were available. Breakfast was adequate to start the day, and fair for the room rate.

The staff very pleasant. Its location ensured a good sleep. Useful to break our journey from Boston to Niagara.

The main door to room stuck on the rug, hard to close. Cobb webs around ceiling and curtains. carpet was rolling after vacuuming, Hostess should double check rooms, Lysol every thing that would be touched. no clocks in the rooms. bathroom floor should be mopped corner to corner. Television channels were messed up! French fries in heater!

Penny was a friendly, and gave a smile! Family was close by! Fair breakfast!

A few issues did exist. The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower curtain was coming unattached from the wall, and there was a towel shortage. No maid service, unless it is requested.

The location is super convenient (close to the Lake and Interstate 81). Convenient store/gas station within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Free parking, wifi, breakfast and ice. Laundry facilities on site.

Front entrance was very dark, very poor lighting of the door way. There were no trollies to bring your items to your room. A staff member went looking and came back, said she couldn’t find the one they had. Air conditioner was very loud, and beds are very hard. Lastly the “breakfast buffet” included packaged oatmeal, apples, packaged muffins and Nutri grain bars. Very Disappointing!

Location was what we needed.

The room service maintenance was absent on the day we arrived and I had a problem with the AC in my room, so nobody could fix it. The breakfast was awful. The two queen beds in the room were not enough for 2 adults and 3 kids so we couldn't sleep comfortably

The “breakfast” that was offered was the worst I have ever seen. There was next to nothing there. The dryer in the laundry did not dry our clothes. It needed updating.

The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

We were disappointed that the previous occupant of the room was a smoker at this smoke free property. The manager was not able to assign us a different room due to occupancy at property

Had to ask for Xtra towels and had to wait for 20 minutes while front desk gave directions in phone
