Booked this location for the hot tub. When we arrived and I ask I was told it was closed for repairs. Not happy at all about that.

The breakfast was delicious, I loved the variety and that the bagels were nice and soft. I was very pleased and satisfied! Being able to adjust the heat and cool in the room was very nice and made for a very comfortable stay. The room was really nice, I loved the pictures on the wall because they added a very cozy feel to the room, I think that was my favorite part! The bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything was clean and the huge screen TV was nice too. Very friendly and professional staff.

Carpets in the bedrooms :( according to our taste, mattress too firm and pillow too soft. so we had a bad sleep, but still acceptable.

Continental breakfast correct for the price paid for the room. coffee at all times, our room was clean, beautiful swimming pool area, large and heated, a spa and towels provided! games corner, pool table and air hockey! easy to access and close to everything.

we had a great stay. We reserved 2 rooms and asked if they could be close together. we were given conjoined rooms which worked perfect for us as we were 2 families and the kids just wanted s to hang out. The pool was ok. The kids enjoyed it . The complementary breakfast was perfect. something for everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you

The hot tub needed to be cleaned. The water was dirty. I didn’t like how I could hear the high was at night. Next time I will request a room on the other side of the hotel.

A few time thoses issues happened: the elevator didn't work; the key for the side door didn't work; the arcade machine and pool table sometimes turned off for no reason, and sometimes taking my money without allowing me to play. Room, bed and bathroom were clean but carpet and furniture have some stains. Pool and spa were a little dirty and close one hour earlier than expected on the saturday night without explanation, also they had ran out of pool towels around 7pm.

Good location, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was ok (scramble eggs, sausages, waffle, toast, bagels, yogourt, fruits). Pool and spa were nice althought a little dirty. Arcade games and pool table were fun and cheap althought some issues happened (machine making me pay twice, machine turning off... had to find the power button under the pool table to restart it myself). Room is soundproofed (didn't hear nothing at all).

Nobody told us that in order to have the room cleaning service we have to ask 24 hours in advance! We got a room clean at the 3rd day. Also, the elavator next to our room was making too much noise.
