I booked through booking.com 2 hours before arrival and told the lady I had a reservation but she was busy and obviously distracted due to checking in lots of workers who stay at property. She continued to create a new stay without looking for my reservation. This created a double charge. One hour later it was found and they refused to correct it and said I never said I had a reservation. I had to wait and argue between booking and property over two weeks before I was finally refunded. This could have easily been resolved on the spot!

The breakfast was not a hot bfast which we expected, so that was a disappointment for my mom and me. We didn't want just cereal and so how to go out of our way to pay more for bfast out. The room had some fresh paint to make it look better but the facilities were dated and could use some replacement.

We did not like that there was no glasses/cups of any kind for coffee or to drink (rinse mouth after brushing etc.) Ice container a bit small but ok. The continential breakfast was lacking - no donuts or fresh fruit, not much of anything. Toliet paper was pretty cheap and didn't last. We had a smoking room but the comforter was full of burn holes - I guess that might be suspected but I reported it to make sure you know they did not come from us. The carpet was frayed and looking old and tired. I didn't spend much time in my room but looks like an update is needed.

We liked the refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, tv, lighting and electrical outlets on lights by bed for charging phones. There was a regular chair to sit in. We used the pool and it was very nice and clean looking. We also used the outside grilling area with seating and a shade tree was a plus.... we enjoyed using that area. Loved the large ICE machine and vending machines (washer and dryer available but did not use)!

the air didn’t not work in room. I had to call fd and ask about it. it was very hot. all though they game me a little desk fan. I felt they could have moved us to another room.

Can,t rid room of old smoke smell, so nothing could be better. Maybe a new bed spread?

The top blanket had a cigarette burn in it. The website for the number of beds was misleading. I would've been more specific in my request had I known what was in the room.

The staff was friendly enough. The location right off the interstate was nice. The recommendation for a local joint for dinner was good. The room was clean.

The breakfast was only yogurt and dry cereal no milk for the cereal and the orange was out, the bread was all out and no one to service it. They should not list free breakfast and then not have anything by 8:00 am

Friday night staff was exceptional she was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately she was only there that night.

Our room was not done being cleaned even though we arrived several hours after check in time. The staff who came to finish cleaning it close to an hour after we arrived was rude and offered no apology. There were cracks in the ceiling and ants and other bugs in the room.

There were beds and we were able to book it on a busy eclipse day.

I'm sorry, but I have to leave the worst review. It's been a month, and there's simply no other way to reach someone who can solve it once you have a problem in this hotel. I've seen similar situations in other reviews. The experience in the hotel sucks. Although the front desk was fine, they instructed me to email the manager for a refund. I don't know what's going on with the manager, as he is never available to take calls or respond to emails. This made requesting a refund incredibly cumbersome—I was going back and forth between booking.com and the front desk, essentially ruining my trip. After several days, all I received was an email from the manager denying the refund, and then he became impossible to reach forever!!!
