The floors felt dirty and there was hair all over the sheets that wasn't ours. Half the lights in the room didn't work.

Screaming through a bullet proof glass to check in felt like the whole community knew my personal business not sure that's responsible to my privacy rights but they should consider a speaker phone or a sheet of paper to write it on anyway it was truly quiet the bed in 207 was like a fluffy cloud and I slept like a baby after some air freshener, tub was gross though and black mold is peaking out of the walls but like I said you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for , just saying and byo cleansing material folks be lazy with cleaning some times lol... little pinesol and windex would of made my visit much more appealing 👍

One of the guys at the front desk who works day shift. Is rather rude. And we did see a few cockroaches mainly in the bathroom. There were holes in the walls of our room.

Most of the staff was really nice. They had a working laundry room. And it didn't have a funky smell about the room like alot of other hotels. The rooms were a good size

The staff was terrible, they tell a lot of lies about their policies. I asked for a receipt after i checked out and one of the staff members said that i would have to get my receipt from whoever i booked my room, but i handed her the cash from my hand . She wouldn’t even give me no type of receipt. I stayed there at another time before that for the convenience of the location. One of the staff members at the front desk said we can’t give you a receipt until you check out. They’re listed as free breakfast. Absolutely no breakfast there each time i stayed there. They wouldn’t even let you walk into the lobby. They come banging on your door before 11:00 for check out. They also have telephones in the rooms that none of them work, they don’t even have cords on them. Also they wouldn’t accommodate me for my disability. Both times that i stayed there they sent me upstairs saying that they didn’t have no more available rooms, but continued to check other people into rooms after me.

They advertised breakfast— they only offered coffee and vending machines. Some of my “neighbors“ apparently live at the motel and were up all night long talking, smoking, and watching TV. The highway noise was exceptionally loud because my door did not close properly and there was a visible gap leading in the smoke from outside and the highway noise and bugs. The sheets look like they were not changed from the previous person that was there although they weren’t filthy, so I didn’t complain and I could be wrong but they were wrinkled in such a way that they looked Slept on. There was a giant stink bug in my room and twice a spider came down from the ceiling to almost land on my head while I was reading. The walls were cracked and dirty.

The only thing I liked was that it was cheap, available, and that it didn’t have roaches. Also the coffee in the morning was good.

The pictures look nothing like the location. My key card was deactived every single night we were there and on top of that the shower was backwards/ hard to turn plus you had to hold down the knob on the toilet for a few minutes for it to even work. Side note, the door wasn't installed right so even when closed, there was still a gap for bugs so come in. (Which did)

I loved the friendliness of the staff.
