The halls were dark and it wasn't really that clean outside of the rooms. The breakfast was just a small container of cereal and milk.

Very bad service. I reserved a room through Booking and paid online, but they demanded more money from me and also a deposit of $50, which is not indicated on Booking!! Blankets covered in poorly washed blood and semen (sorry for the truth). No normal breakfast.

The rooms are not bad for the money. To my surprise it was a little better equipped than in the photo.

The facility is under construction as apparent by equipment and carpet padding in the dumpster area. Main hallway needs carpet replaced. Breakfast was a sham as there was one type cereal, bread for toast and some pop tarts. Very disappointed.

The hotel was under renovation so the scenery wasn't pleasant and that wasn't mention on the website.

The only thing that I like was the price for the room. There was also a deposit requirement that wasn't mention on the website that is return if the room is in good condition upon leaving. The renovated room was nice but the comforter on the beds wasn't the best. I think that one the hotel is full renovated that it could be worth the stay and it also didn't have a business sign on the building so it was sort of hard to find.

First walk in room not enough towels left a room with 2 queen beds. Only 1 washcloth, 1 medium size towel. If you like the smell of weed, drugs as you go through the hallway to get to your room their's that issue. Yes room been updated but looks rushed job. Go to take shower pull curtain and on top of rod is an old washcloth looked to been there for awhile nasty. Stool didn't work properly everytime go to flush you had to remove lid off back to get the tank fill back up with water. Oh if got remodel room update the phone on nightstand also not a half button old phone.

Well close to highway for us to get where we needed and price was good.

We had to put A bar in the window latch was broken, on ground floor no screen. The people above us rolled something across the floor or dropped stuff live moving furniture all night. Complained it just continued then the caretaker that lived on sites husband decided to Start his loud truck at 10 pm and Rev it up and let sit running about an hour window don't lock so noise was loud nothing done except oh I got it started finally and trying to build up the battery.he had to get up early

There was a LOT of renovation work going on (and it clearly needed it). However, that made it impossible to sleep well (the main reason I stayed in the first place). Loud power drills or sanding equipment was running 'til well past 11:00 pm, I was awakened by loud walking (above me & in the hall) 2X during the night, and I was awakened yet again at 7:00 am when construction workers started running power equipment again. I couldn't go back to sleep after that, got no more than 2 hours' sleep at a time with all those hotel-induced interruptions. Also, the indoor pool was closed (despite the site listing saying it was available), and there was no breakfast...despite that, too, being listed as an amenity (I literally filtered my searches for both, and only picked places that had it. I understand hotels haveThe front desk worker literally laughed when I asked about breakfast. Worse, my key card quit working a half-hour before check-out time (after I had taken the first load out to the car but still had another load to carry). And the back exit (nearest the only elevator) housed lots of construction clutter (it is clearly NOT "accessible") AND that door wouldn't open well. What's bad is that one of the office workers told me this (they keycard lockout) happens "all the time" and readily acknowledge where & hot to push the door to exit. So if it's such a known issue, FIX IT! Instead, it's a safety hazard and illegal. Also, they charge a damage deposit, and the only way you get that back is for one of the workers to actually check yourself your room for damage. Between that and the non-working keycard while packing to leave, I ended up being 20 minutes late to my morning destination.

The halls look like a disaster floors are stain hotel doors 🚪 do not match u will see light wood doors dark wood doors then Red doors it's trash in front of the rooms I'm assuming there's a few families that live there I had to change rooms first room I received was not clean bloody sheets on the bed the place is only good to sleep shower n leave the rooms look like something from late 80's with a TV from early 2000,s

hall carpets, elevator and stairways are filthy. Hallways stink of various odors from tobacco and marijuana smoke to a general smell of decay. Room was clean, beds comfortable and reasonably furnished with necessary items. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. People are allowed to stand right in the entrances to smoke. A guy just outside one side door was smoking pot in his truck. I know it's legal in Illinois but I don't want to stay where it is allowed.

Rooms set up good but there are roaches and bed bugs not terribly but those stay here too at an discounted rate lol also there's a laundry room with one dated washer & dryer that doesn't work the pool isnt in working orders.
