The pool was beautiful but it seems like it was closed for no very good reason… And when you looked in the window you could see the spa running And it look like a waste of energy since nobody could use it

I am only 5' 1' tall and I am 80 years old-- I had difficulty getting up into the bed as it was so high off the ground !!! One of us had to sit on the bed because there was only one chair to view the television. Breakfast hour ended too early for retired people who have to take pills before eating so we didn't receive breakfast. when we went to the office it was not offered which offended us because it was just a sandwich in a sack apparently. Why couldn"t it be available until 10 am?

The vent in the air conditioning/heat unit was filthy which made the air in the room smell stale and not clean. The breezeway outside of the rooms were dirty with trash and cigarette butts on the ground. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool but there seemed to be mold or some kind of black scum where the floors meet the walls around the pool. The building all as a whole seems poorly maintained and in need of attention.

Cons: Breakfast was lackluster. The website stated "hot breakfast" but a little sign at the front desk stated it was all prepackaged items. They keys kept not working, so we had to keep going to the front desk to get a new key. The hot tub was disgusting. The pool was cloudy. The key didn't even work to get into the pool, we had to go get the front desk representative. There was not enough parking.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. The room was pretty clean (the bathroom could have been cleaned better). The size of the room itself was fine. I was able to get a late check out.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub area was flooded before we arrived. So they were dealing with water damage. The facilities looked really nice though.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. Our room was cleaned very well before we arrived. And they have reasonable pet fees.

There was little room to put two large suitcases down and still have room to move around. There was only one shirt hangar in the closet and about 6 pant hangars. We needed more shirt hangars. The deadbolt on our door was very difficult to get locked. I never could do it. My son had to lock it for us each night.

The breakfast was nice and had a variety of food. The beds were comfortable. I liked having a full-length mirror in the room.

We got to breakfast at 8:45 along with about 10 other people. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy had all run out. The man cooking said he was making more sausage but wasn’t making anything else because there was “only about 10 minutes to go”. I went to the front desk and said that breakfast is advertised 6:00 until 9:00, so the food offered at 8:45 should be the same that is offered at 6:00. She went and talked to the cook and he made more eggs. I ended up eating oatmeal because there were so many people still wanting a hot breakfast, as advertised with the price of the room.

The rooms were absolutely filthy, there was no shower curtain, crusty food on the desk. The fridge had spills left in it. The walls had splatters of stuff all over them. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned. The heater unit had food stuck on it that you could tell had been there for quite some time and rotting and something was spilled all over inside it and down the front of it. The couch had stains and crusty food on it. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When trying to speak to a manager about the stay she wouldn’t even come out to speak to me and I was told she had left despite being able to see her. I left my number with the front desk and asked for a call, which I never received. I asked for the number of corporate which they conveniently didn’t that the information. I would not recommend this hotel. It was expensive for the stay and the price did not reflect the condition of the hotel. Way overpriced for what you get.

The location was pretty close to the freeway entrance/exit and easy to find.

The one room had a faint smell of cigarettes but it wasn't overpowering. The hot water in the one room took a really long time to heat up, like 5 minutes.

The rooms were clean and the pool was a pleasant temperature. Breakfast was good.

Air Conditioning did not work well. Hard to keep room cool enough at night to sleep. There was a wall between the couch and bed that had a large crack in it. It looked like it was going to fall over. Breakfast was never stocked. We had to wait a lot for food to be restocked. Not worth the price.

The Location was great. Convenient access to the Freeway.

Original room had ants, carpet was torn, tv didn't work, bathroom door lock malfunctioned, generally filthy looking. Placed us in another room, but floors and inside of dresser drawers were filthy. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Took too long to get breakfast options prepared and placed out.

The breakfast options were nice. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Our door was messed up. 4 sets of keys, 4 visits to front desk. Maintenance didn’t show up. Excellent service from front desk.

Clean, easy access. Great pool & hot tub, pool. Decent breakfast.
