The bathrooms need a lot of work. Toilet paper handle was broken and you had to keep the toilet paper on the back of the toilet. Also the plugs for the dryer was coming out of the wall. Also for a room that holds 4 people there were only enough towels for 2 people. Then the beds where there is a metal frame every time you moved the metal would bang and wake everyone up.

The rooms were very spacious and it did not fill like you were on top of each other. Water pressure in the shower was great and stayed hot for everyone in our party.

Parking was a bit of an issue - we had trouble finding a space, and navigating the lot was tight. Most of the paint was scratched off the door to our room, which made it seem unkept (although it was fine).

Room was clean, television channel selection was good, bed was comfortable and each of us had two pillows, which was good. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker were all pluses. Location was close to all places we needed to go.

The floor was swept but the tile was very dirty. There was a hugh gap at the base of my main door. I could hear all the noise outside and the air was blowing through the gap. Towels were old and grayish.

I had reserved for 4 of us, there was one washcloth, no hand towels, and 2 bath towels. Yes, I could have asked for more, however you'd think the room would be prepared for the number it was reserved for.

“Complementary breakfast” left much to be desired. Hotel’s exterior looked it needed so touch ups, but it didn’t affect the overall hotel stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c cooled the room quickly.

the lock on the door was broke,you could see light from under the door way, they people up above us was very loud and outside our room as well,the outside of the hotle could use some up dating.

We reserved a king size room, they out us in a double with the room only being held cleaned. The 2nd bed wasn't even made. 2 towels , 1 wash cloth. By the time we got to the room, we were too tired to complain. It was an emergency stop.

The pillows were old, stained and a few were smelly. Thankfully, there were two that were acceptably newer. There was dry glue on the fitted sheet...yes, I checked. There is a 1" gap under the exterior doors which doesn't help the soundproofing. There was no breakfast. All hotels which are still using Covid as an excuse to not provide any breakfast should update their listing.

The room and towels were clean. Although the hotel is on a busy street, I was able to get restful sleep since the road noise quiets down at night. I had a room facing the street and it wasn't a problem.

there were roaches in in the room, holes in the wall, the light in the bathroom would not stay on and the towels look like they were a billion years old with stains and holes in them, the sheets were stained and the covers hat cigarette burn holes all in them, the remote to the tv looked like it was chewed up by a dog and there was no second door lock on the door
