Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom was very small, making it difficult to get into the shower due to placement of toilet.

Parking was plenty and close to entrance. The breakfast had good variety.

bathroom bad, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so floor flooded. Items found on floor so felt room not cleaned correctly. Beds and pillows way too hard. Pet friendly rooms seem much dirtier than others but couldn't use the room we reserved due to having a dog.

Zach at front desk was exceptional.. Room was quiet. A/C worked well. Water pressure good a d enough hot water with temp staying even.

We were in an older room. Dated style, the bathroom in particular showing its age (although clean). There was a large bush completely blocking the view out the window. We were advised to unload at the the side entrance and so we used a luggage cart. There was no ramp at the curb at the side entrance, making this harder to manage.

Excellent location and staff. They are upgrading their rooms and the newer rooms look very nice. Our room was very clean and quiet, everything worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. We had a quiet and pleasant night's stay. Recommended.

the hotel didn’t smell good. the bartender at “days” was very rude. the bathrooms are tiny and it just didn’t feel very clean . wasn’t very happy . however you get what you pay for .

The water was inconsistent when taking a shower. I had to put in a request for my room to be cleaned. They didnt even change the sheets. The refrigerator was like rusted on the outside. Microwave was very badly used. The breakfast was very limited. No fruit or eggs. Nothing fresh to eat.

The hotel is older and a bit worn. Dingy. There was a leak in the ceiling near our room with a collapsed ceiling tile. The doors to parking didn't look very secure. The layout of the place is confusing.

We went to enjoy D Day Conneaut, which was wonderful. The hotel was close and the staff was nice.

The breakfast was not that good. We arrive about 9:15 A.M. and the breakfast was open until 10:00 A.M. The bins were depleted of items and it didn't seem to have any attendants refilling the depleted areas. Booking.com had misinformation on their website. It said there was an additional fee for breakfast, so we opted out of the additional $8. When we arrived the front desk person said that was wrong. All guests are welcome .

The overall building such as hallway carpets is dirty and hallway ceilings leaking water. This place is due for a renovation. They allow pets to stay, so place has stained carpets and bed covers where stained too. The water system is loud when shower is being used and bathrooms are small and porcelain stained. I used Glade in the room to get room carpet smell away and all was good, there is a dollar tree store across the road so it’s easy to get some air fresher plus the opening window did help.

8 minutes drive from town center, windows opened,hot shower, easy to find right off highway, friendly staff, had mini fridge. Ice machine worked, bed was clean and comfortable. They have an on-site bar and restaurant that does wings and burgers.

Roofing work was being completed during my stay. The amount of dust / debris near the front entrance from the roof workers was pretty excessive and should be better contained to prevent disturbing guests. Also - the pool area (probably last used 5 years ago) is unsightly and overgrown with weeds. The empty pool and peeling walls exemplify better times in the past.

The room has a cat urine smell. The shower curtain rod was broken. A little over priced for the area, condition, and issues that we had to deal with. The pool is now nonexistent
