The only thing was that our room was on the back side, and I could hear traffic from the interstate. But I did get good sleep once I fell asleep.

The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean, albeit burn marks on the bathtub. Apparently, some hotels still allow smoking. It was a great price. Coffee pot and coffee in the room, and a small refrigerator. We stayed two nights but did not check out the breakfast.

Some road noise. Minor flaws in room such as a bent towel rack. Not a big deal and staff said they would fix those issues.

I didn't care for looks of shower and bathroom; it looked as if in process of remodel, but it works AWESOMELY! I didn't care for dead flies in floor under lamp, but that's possible anywhere. Maids cannot get every single fly and they have to die sooner or later. Didn't care for my neighbors' language and loudness, but front lady took care of that.

I loved the convenience and the quiet after neighbors were handled. Beds were comfy. TV great. Shower was INCREDIBLE and I just returned from a trip across the USA two weeks before I made this trip. Showers with this variation, strength of water, and enough room are HARD to find!!

We checked in just after 3pm and put our bags in the room and left. When we returned to the room at 1 am 3 of the 4 room lights were burned out or broken so we had to search in an unfamiliar dark room for light. The thermostat on the air conditioner wouldn't turn off automatically. I had to manually get up to turn it off and on through the night. Cigarette burns in my bed sheets and the bathroom had black mold, water damage in the walls. The toilet set has holes melted through it and the tub floor was scratched up from end to end. I have travelled most of the US, Canada, Britain and parts of Europe. This hotel was one of the worst... Up All night!

Alot of police. I was approached by two for sitting in my vehicle. "Not running." Pulled me out of the car and searched it. Found nothing illegal. Their attitude changed once that happened. They said their is alot of drug activity but I didn't see anything in the short time I was their and the place seemed decent and was affordable.

The room was adequate, but the floor was very dirty, and the bathroom smelled of mildew. I bought a bottle of Tilex and sprayed it all over the bathroom to get rid of the smell. The beds were lumpy and not very comfortable. Also the pool was not open for use during my entire stay.

Being told that I had to take a second floor room when I requested a main floor room. Toilet was leaking water due to the fill hose being disconnected. I reconnected it, found a birthday card and a couple of floss picks on the floor and the floor could use a good mopping. No place to hang up clothes in the room.

It’s located conveniently in the area, near everything.

I recognize that this is an older property that the current owner is rehabbing. I do however expect a certain level of cleanliness in the bathroom. I was in a handicap accessible room that had a folding wooden bench in the bathtub. The hinge attachment points for the bench in the tub was covered in mold. The grout in the floor was grossly discolored/dirty as was the caulk/grout in the tub. The tub was stained and discolored.

The location was great. Next to a BW3 and another restaurant. It is within 2 miles of Rose Music Center. The king bed was firm enough. a pet peeve of mine is no sleep timer on the tv.

The laminate tile in the room did not cover all in one corner. Almost like they ran out of material. The surface of the tub is peeling. I think they are slowly upgrading so I am sure this is temporary.
