Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was good.

I loved the location,price and how clean the room was however it needs updated pretty bad.The staff was wonderful! Pool is Very small and nasty!

Found a long hair on my drinks tray, otherwise room was very clean. Pool was not very clean which put us off using it. Hair dryer broken and smelt like it was going to set fire when I turned it on.
Massive bed, friendly staff, fridge in room, seeming it was on a busy road it was quiet. Ice and drinks machine outside rooms.

The room was scorching hot upon arrival. Thankfully we were able to go off for a couple hours to allow the room to cool down before going to sleep

I'm handicap and I would have liked to know that it was closer to the beach. We wanted to walk the beach at night.
I'm glad to have found transportation to get around. Place was pleasant.

They don’t even offer coffee, lobby is locked at all times! Large bathroom but no vanity just sink no place to put items!

The hotel wasn't the hotel that was supposed to be booked through the app. We were supposed to be in a Ocean front room but wasn't even near the ocean. In a bad area with drug dealers behind the hotel. Outdated and dingy. Paid regular price for a 7hr stay and couldn't find out about a late checkout because he said he didn't know cause he's not there in the mornings. Couldn't get the front desk to answer phones
He got us checked in quickly for not having our booking upon arrival.

My son called the area sketchy. We were only passing thru. No issues. Didn't bother me.
Check in was done via window. Very pleasant, helpful gentleman. Hard to find people who smile and are happy. It made a huge pact on a tired soul after driving all day. He even opened room and turned air on for us while we got our bags.

The area seemed like drugs where being brought in, lots trafficking in and out, Being in the medical field I can tell.. I think next time I'll head to the North side.. Also tub clogged up while u are showering..

The actual room, bedding, towels was a little lower quality than we expected. At the price we paid in particular, but this weekend everything was $300 and up---supply/demand I guess. Nothing was broken, just the quality was definitely on the low side (sheets, pillows, bath towels, mattress, tight bathroom, etc.). There is a pool. It's just a very basic motel, clean, but seen better days. If you get a great price, go for it.
We booked because the price for the particular weekend was lower than many. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating, friendly, welcoming. Easy parking, near to the speedway for our event.

Water pressure, maybe better soap
Bathrooms were a little old, paint peeling, shower heads did not give much pressure. Over all pretty good. Staff was nice and friendly, the grounds looked clean. Had noisy neighbors but that is not the hotels fault. Price was high due to a festival in town, again not hotels fault so over all I was happy with my stay.

pool was “out of order” free breakfast was nonexistent, room weirdly did not have light in the shower space. room was hot when we arrived, AC was slow to cool room down
