The room was not completely cleaned. The room was deteriorated, the restroom door wouldn't close all the way, the pillow covers were dirty and one pillow was wet. And the room smelled weird.

It had a good location at least near to the venue I was visiting. The staff was friendly.

Where to start? The toilet in the room was stopped up the whole weekend...no one ever came to look at it, room had no toilet paper (had to go buy our own), TV had no remote or buttons on TV to change channel or volume, so TV was blaring entire stay. Staff are all creepy and laugh about customers that have complaints about their rooms....The sign that is out front does not even match the name of hotel & info that is on GPS or listed online making it very confusing; then there is a weird construction looking entrance that confuses you even more, its just too much.lol. Rooms & lobby smell like a park bathroom...Of course with the smell, comes with roaches and spiders, the room door didnt lock properly, towels were not clean and bedding had stains. Pool is run down and falling apart. Place looks nothing like the pictures shown. Wifi has terrible signal to where you have to keep reconnecting to the 5 diff networks as you move through the premises. Literally no parking near room, hotel staff partying and doing drugs/ smoking weed infront of lobby & through out property at all times of day and night. Not recommended if you have children.

We liked that we had the pool to ourselves the morning we went. thats about it. There was not very many good things about the hotel other than the price was under $200 a night.

Smoke stench, handle at yup broken, bulb missing in bathroom, door gap underneath entrance to street, no maid service between days, no bath towel in tub area for bathing body. Limited to one towel for two days!

Room was substandard. Poor condition. Bedspread had a very obvious stain on it. Did not replace towels after first night. Requested a room on back side, but given a room on freeway side; extremely loud through out night.

The headboard fell off while I was sleeping. There was roaches . The hot water too a long time to come on. The refrigerator didn't work. All of the cabinets looked like they had water damage. The bathroom was missing the fixture. There was mold in the ceiling. The sink would fill before I finished brushing my teeth. It was very musty.

.I can't really say I enjoyed anything. It was very disappointing.

I felt catfished by the photos that are posted up online. Although the staff is super friendly the rooms were barley up to par and i definitely don’t think worth the amount I paid. There were roaches ( And I don’t mean just one or two, i mean several) which made It feel very unclean and unsanitary. We had a “non smoking” room which when we entered our room that was the first thing that hit us was the stench of cigarettes. In addition, there was at least one cigarette burn/hole in our bed sheets. And the comforters that are shown in the photos are not the same ones you’re presented. We had a couple missing parts to the hotel (lol) the main room light that’s supposed to be above the mirror as seen in the photos was not even there. The bar that is supposed to be in the bathtub for example to hold washcloths was not there either and there was a knob missing for the burner on the stove. It was unclean upon entrance.. for example there was a piece of hair on the ceiling in the bathroom right above the bathtub and some hair in the tub as well. The curtains are not the same ones in the photos once again. The floors looked unswept and not mopped . And in all honesty It seems as the bedding is unwashed for example our sheets were on backwards so I question instead of washing them do they just flip them to save money.. There’s just easy things to fix.. Get the place sprayed each week by pest control until the bug problem is no longer. Add a more pleasant soap (smell good) laundry detergent to the bleach when washing sheets, pillow cases and towels (and even more a little bleach). Get better comforters and still wash them with good smelling soap. Deep clean each room (sweep, mop and disinfect) from top to bottom .. I mean if you were to have 2 cleaners each time you clean out a room It would maybe take 1 hour to deep clean the room to just about perfection from top to bottom.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The housekeeping ladies were very nice and giving as well! I like the fact that they have a security guard constantly posted up and walking around because the area has a couple homeless hanging around, so It was nice that he was there.

On my second stay they were where going to try to charge me the cost of the stay plus a 50$ deposit wish I've never had to pay at any hotel or motel I've been too. I've been to way better places than this and I've never once been charged a security deposit. Plus you have to turn the nob above the sink for your stove to even work. Loud music at all hours of the night. And you can't tell who is hotel staff and who isn't because they don't wear any uniforms.
