Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mind THIS IS NO FAULT OF THE HOTEL OR THE STAFF, But Didn't really Appreciate The RUDE sideways comments Some of The ( Hockey ) Parents & Kids Were making When I was walking in & out of Checking in & when My Boyfriend ( mind you just got done with work up on a roof all day ) Walked threw There comments as well . An We couldn't get the water to Completely Stop Dripping in our Bathroom sink ( I believe someone STRIPPED the Handle at some point )
Really enjoyed The BIG bathroom, An really happy to be able to sit down while showering Due to some Medical issues !! An The 6am Continental Breakfast was AMAZING !

I kept getting lost or mixed up on which streets to turn and which way to turn. I don't have gps, and I recently found blue tooth in the car. I knew my way to Duluth and to the mall, but trying to get out of that maze is a headache and a half on my nerves.
I needed some quiet time before I went out for dinner. My headache was killing me and they let me a little early about 2:30 so that I could lay down and take my medication. I had a great meal at olive garden and then a great sleep afterwards.

We had very little heat, turned thermostat up to 80 to try and warm but didn't do anything
Bfast was good. Location was great for us as we went shopping at Miller Hill Mall.

Tried to add the room safe to the bill, but it was removed.
Breakfast at the hotel saves a lot of time and gets you onto your tasks quickly without having to go to a restaurant. I'm usually not a big breakfast person, but the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was expecting boiled eggs and a packet of instant oatmeal. They had more then enough - scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits/gravy, juice, cereal/milk, pancakes, ...... and more. If you are in a real hurry you can just grab and apple and/or a yogurt. Wonderful way to start the morning someone cooking for you!!

The door card locks on outside doors and pool. They didn't always work. Had to be let in at the pool. Beds were harder then preferred. Shower could use a bit stronger water flow.
Felt like we were in our own home. And so many pillows❤️ Bathroom had 4 outlets. Pool was heated. Super nice staff. But for the price, it's a great place for people on a budget but not cheap feeling. AND the mall with the Barnes and noble right across the highway❤️AND tiled by the door for dogs to come AND you're on a hill so you can feel separate to the business below.

Don't care for a room next to parking lot on bottom floor. Cars coming in late.

The bathroom was a little small. The carpet was kind of dirty. - could tell quickly on white socks. The hot tub/pool area was chemically strong, burning our eyes.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Noise was minimal. Breakfast was decent, with a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

I learned that the in room safe was an added charge. Fortunately I saw this when signing in and the charge was taken off of the bill.
