You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I told staff the 1st morning the toilet needed maintenance, as well as the in room telephone. At checkout - 5 days later - I mentioned these items needed care and was told maintenance had in fact performed service. If they did, they did such a poor job it was not noticable. The toilet continued to almost overflow each time it was flushed, and continued to take multiple flushes to successfully remove even toilet paper. The telephone was still outrageously dirty and most of the buttons were completely missing. The carpet appeared to be clean, but was cut and installed poorly. The room door facing and the bathroom door facing were rusted and rotted at the bottom. A working ice machine on the floor would have been outstanding.
Initial check-in staff changed the smoke alarm battery herself. She then checked and noticed the TV remote was missing. She obtained a WORKING remote and ensured it was synced with the TV. She also ensured I had enough bath towels and hair care products.

No egg 🥚 for breakfast, one boiled egg to one 1️⃣ guest every morning would make their breakfast a true breakfast.
Close walking 🚶♂️ to restaurants.

We reserved handicap room. They didn’t have one so there were no handrails and the toilet was VERY low. My wife struggled with using it. And it was not realistic for her to shower. She won’t let me reserve a Days in again

The maintenance is really bad: the door was broken and very hard to open, the bath was leaking and the drainage didn't work so it was filled with water continuously. The cleanliness wasn't great either with food from previous guests in the fridge.
The place is nice overall, especially since it's a hotel and not a motel. It's quite cheap and they serve breakfast.

It was a bargain hotel, a place to stay one night as we traveled through. A bed, bathroom and shower was our needs and that’s about all we got. Was woken up at 5am by the trash truck…. The guy that checked us out was not pleasant or attentive.
Not much…. Although the lady that checked us in was pleasant.

Would of been great to have working ice machines. Only had 1 working on the 4th floor.
Breakfast was cheesy. Great if you like low budget breakfast. Thank God there was a IHOP right next store. Breakfast consisted of cereal,waffles,muffins,toast & juice & coffee. Realize the price of $47.00 on the internet should of told me something. Great location right off Hwy 40.

Our rooms window was broken and would not close all the way. We called down and when the staff member came up he said that’s just how it is. But cold air was coming through the opening and we could hear the traffic outside. Luckily we did have some duct tape and covered up the opening. We asked for another room but he said they were booked so we asked for a discount and he reluctantly said I guess. When I checked out he was on the phone and just took our room keys so I have no idea if he gave us a discount.

Very old and worn out. Definitely needs repairs and upgrades. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice when my room was on the first floor.
