Mystery noise coming from refrigerator , took from 11pm to 1:25 to pinpoint the noise . I request a 20 refund for the inconvenience I was told 10 . And manager is not taking my calls .

Location was a little bit of a challenge needing a uturn going back to Watertown. Interstate didn’t require that but I prefer driving on state routes.

Shower was not as depicted in the Bookings.com site. Was a bathtub shower as aposed to large walk in with handheld shower head depicted on website. Also not a single grab bar in the entire bathroom.

Didn't go to breakfast. Location was good. Food and dining close. Very good bed and bedding. Housekeeping was great.

Our bed wasnt made and our room wasn't cleaned when we had left for work at 6 am and arrived around 8pm, for the first 4 days of our stay. I'd really like a few other soap options in case someone forgets but the bar soap was perfect for that, otherwise it was great.

Very quiet, and cozy, the showers are very clean and i like the access of the mini fridge and microwave.

Breakfast room was a bit small and busy, probably due to the eclipse attracting people to the area. Would have liked some fruit at breakfast, even a small pot that can be put in the fridge.

The beds were firmer than I'm used to, but comfortable. The hotel halls and elevator seemed chilly. Informed the staff and they immediately went to find out why.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was continental plus make your own waffles which was nice. The hotel location was easy access to shopping.

Breakfast was lacking variety and quantity. When something tan out it was not refilled or replaced. No Kleenex on the rooms.

The vent in the bathroom wasn’t on but it sounded like water or wind constantly blowing. Had to close the bathroom door to sleep.

The breakfast was one of the most basic that we have experienced especially compared to even other Days Inn locations. There was a waffle maker, cold cereal, little muffins, and yogurt along with juice and coffee. No option of toast or bagels. Breakfast room was also very small for the size of the property. The fridge in the room was running so loud that we had to unplug. Advise the staff in the morning and they were going to have it switch out as it seemed like a common issue.

Great value and very clean. Property is located about 10 minutes from Watertown and off the interstate. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
