Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Price was very high and parking for a trailer was lacking. Right next to a truck stop so noisy.

The room smelled musty, except for one person the rest of the staff we encountered were rude, not at all helpful, and unfriendly. The phone in the room was broken and when I told the person at the front desk she said she would replace it but she never did. Kids in the pool kept running, screaming, and divebombing into the pool splashing everyone and no adults were in there with them. One night the parents of about 10-15 kids sat in the dining area drinking while the kids ran wild in the pool and the halls. Then the kids ran up and down the halls, sounded like a herd of elephants above us, and the staircase around the outside of our room nonstop up until 10-11pm and not one staff person told them to stop. The coffee was horrible, didn’t even taste like coffee and we had to move the pot over by the sink to plug it in.
The beds are very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking.

Pool area was left dirty with wet towels and Sox and underwear?grandkids said it was dirty in the pool and overflowing on sides of pool, subsequently my grandmaster fell try to walk on the slippery surface beside the pool not good!!:( she hopefully not hurt??Our room was ok bathroom floor was visibly dirty in the corners thou, room otherwise was good thank you for reading feedback hope it’s helpful!!

Shower didn’t work, no screens on windows and air wouldn’t work so super hot, and breakfast was disgusting, no plug in for coffee maker in room had to put it by the sink

I honestly didn’t expect this property to be how it was for the price! The staff was great, the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was above average. I will definitely stay here every time I’m here in this area.

Breakfast was sparse, even with the JD breakfast sandwiches. Competition hotels of other brands are back to providing a more comprehensive breakfast. While in Crawfordville, IN, we were required to pay for two nights to stay for just one. We chose to go to the competition who provided us with a very comfortable room and full hot breakfast for the cost of one night's stay.
Location was fine. Offering was limited compared to other locations further east that we experienced.

Went to breakfast at 8:40. Eggs were gone, one pot of coffee gone. No plates, had to open lower cupboards to get some out. Not the standard expected at this location.

FUNKY scent permeated our room....hallways smelled beautiful, room smelled terrible like old cigarettes and old musky creme conditioner or carpet deodorizer. And we smelled like it when we left! Pillows were not great...okay, but not great. AC unit was loud and clunky but necessary to breathe, or so I felt. Shower and bath facilities seemed clean but shower had a broken acrylic wall handle that looked GROOOOOSSSSSS. Replace it already!
Location was easy and accessible. Jody at the front desk was superb! Bedding seemed clean.

The facilities were much older than anticipated with the flooring old and a weird smell to the room. It was like it has been a smoking room for years and was trying to be covered up with Lysol or something. The air condition unit sounded like a jet on take off. The price was great but obviously you get what you pay for.
Your night front staff was kind, friendly and knew what they were doing. Highest rating to these gals.

The floor in the main room wasn't clean, there were scraps of something on the floor when we got there, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The food was so-so.
The bed was amazing! Our room was big and comfortable. We loved the hot tub!
