The people in the room above ours were very loud and we could hear people in the hallway clear as day. Plus the bathroom light didn't work well so we had to use the heat lamp to see.

I liked the location of the room.

It was super super noisy. Apparentky there are long term residents there who were very noisy. They were tromping all over upstairs making it very hard to sleep. We complained to the front desk and were told they live there? So the next day we were relocated to the top floor.. so no noise overhead, but the room was next door to the laundry room. So still noisy.

The staff were accomodating. There were problems and they seemed to be trying to fix them.

It was a good value. Staff was very nice. Beds are ok. Breakfast was ok.

The bed.

The bed needs to be replaced. There was only about 1/3 roll of TP. We had to ask for bath towels which we were begrudgingly given. The 2 men at the reception really needs to work on people skills.

Left a cell phone charger in the room. I called as soon I realized I had left it. They said they had it and would hold it for me. When I got back to the motel, they said they didn't have it. The staff was not very nice about it, said sorry I don't know what to do about it.

Rooms were OK and staff was OK when we stayed there.

Smoking rooms are on the same level as non smoking rooms. Walking down the hall you could tell what rooms are what. Pool had murky (cloudy) water. The bed was old and uncomfortable, Pillows where small and flat, and no sleep timer on the tv.

Convenient and close to things, so you could walk easily. Easy check in and checkout. Main area clean and very nice.

Beds could have been comfier. The breakfast was underwhelming. Door to outside on back didn't lock. Side door to pool unavailable, we had to walk all the way around property to get in.

Nice size room, wonderful hot tub. They allowed dogs

I didn't appreciate my door being knocked on at 9:30am when check out is at 11am. I felt they were rushing me out the door. Then I told the front desk agent he said that is what they do, like it is no big deal. I was also concerned when I noticed that housekeeping has cleaning chemical in 1/2 gln juice bottles, with the empty bottle of shampoo to plug the top from spilling, very un safe.

I can't think of anything specific that I was upset about. You get what you would expect for the price. Nothing more, nothing less. Which is a compliment considering a lot of the places I've stayed.

Decent value, everything in the room worked, it was clean and quiet, and I liked the area. If I end up getting stuck in the area again, I will most likely stay here.

Toilet wouldn’t work properly. They come to fix it 3x and still didn’t work properly in 3 days 2 nights. Felt like the whole hotel needs a remodel and freshened up. Elevator is dingy and small.

Loved the indoor pool. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

The door had a huge gap on where it met the jam. Could hear people talking at 11pm at night. Did not sleep well.

The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. They have small pillows. The free breakfast was not very good. It had waffles, apples, cereal and toast. The apple juice machine was broken.

The price was reasonable for one night. We were a group of seven just passing through. It was an okay hotel.
