You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast minimal and reheated for second day. Pool area had a drain hose running from dehumidifier to pool edge. Tripping hazard? Room tiny, but good for a resting place.
Location great. Overall clean but needs improvement. Staff great. Surprised by personal care products setup. Was overall satisfied considering the inexpensive rate. Best I've used for the room rate. Wonderful restaurant right next door.

The lobby area could use some updates. Fresher options for breakfast would be appreciated.
This facility wasn't fancy by any means, but the room was clean and met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable.

Staff seldom visible. Always had to call even when by front desk. Smallest continental buffet. Sausage gravy was lukewarm. Only bananas for fruit.

Carpet was coming off the steps, the hot tube jets took your skin off and had floating debris, and the window in the room would not open. No staff was ever around. Union check in you had to call someone on the lobby phone.

Breakfast could have been better, especially for the room price you pay during the Oshkosh event.
We went to attend the Oshkosh Air Exhibition, location was very close to the highway and easy to reach Oshkosh. Breakfast is very basic.

Clean, quiet, easy access from the highway, close to our venue. The staff offered early check in ( we were traveling for an afternoon wedding) and late check out, which was very helpful.

Road noise is unavoidable no matter what room you're in, so bring ear plugs if road noise bothers you.
Very clean (no bedbugs), very comfortable bed with a variety of pillows, mini-fridge and microwave were helpful, decent breakfast options, super friendly family runs the business. My favorite part of this place is they don't use scented products on their carpets, sheets, blankets, or towels, so I can stay without feeling sick the entire time.

Our first room smelled like mildew, unfortunately. We did not sit any of our luggage down, instead we immediately called the front desk and requested a new room. The front desk clerk working the overnight shift Friday 5/5/2023 into Saturday 5/6/2023 was a polite young man that apologized for the inconvenience and placed us into a new room right away. So, I don't really count this as a negative since he was professional, and the situation was quickly remedied. The only other small thing was that the hair dryer was barely working.
Friendly and professional staff; even the cleaning woman wished us a good day with a smile, the morning we checked out. The location was ideal for what we needed. We did not partake in the breakfast, pool area, or any workout options (if there were any), but the (second) room was comfortable and clean.

The room had a full size bed, instead of a queen. The room was between the storage unit and a vending machine and was quite noisy. I got the feeling they did not like the fact that I used booking.com for a better rate. I could not figure out how to use my rewards account and was told they could not help me.

Area where my room was located smelled like burnt toast. Hot tub seemed dingy and unappealing. Still, the staff is amazing and there was always someone cleaning something.
Acceptable room at at a decent price. Located on main highway so fairly noisy. Also challenging to drive in the area as it is congested and a bit confusing with so many parking lots. Yet I slept well.
