Could have given us 2 keys to the room. There was noone in the office when we arrived.

We were not so sure when we pulled into the parking lot alongside a busy highway, that it would be quiet in the rooms. When we went to the main office there was a sign with a phone number to call. The office person arrive quickly after the call, within 5 minutes, and after assuring him I did not have a dog with us, we were given our room key. (Only one, there were 2 of us) we found the room on the second floor facing the highway. Opened the door and were extremely surprised! It was like walking into another world. Furnishings were beautiful. All appliances worked well. Free wifi as stated was easy to access. The best was very comfortable. We will stay again if we co.e back through Freehold.

I was a little nervous when I first got there, because there was a sign on the door with the phone number to check in. Then I met "Rayhan" (unsure of spelling). He assured me of check in. It was a wonderful stay and I was allowed to bring my two small dogs.

The check-in (registration) area is old. The interior had the smell of an old warehouse. The exterior of the place is so unkempt, I almost thought the place was vacant. They really need to renovate the grounds. Lastly, the towels were old, but I walked with my own so that wasn't so bad.

The room was modern, clean and sufficient for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy and the linen on the bed was very comfy. The shower was walk-in and very clean. Overall, not bad for an impromptu stay.

The location was not convenient. It's on a road where cars are FLYING. When you pull in, you obviously have to slow down, and cars behind would get too close, blow their horns, and zoom by. Also, it's on a one-way road... you have to go down the road, take an exit, and make two turns to go the opposite direction. The worst was the parking lot...filled with potholes. My gosh.

Some other guests were walking around and talking outside at 02:00 am. Not a massive problem.

No extra facilities provided with this room, but a good sized room, clean and everything worked, (shower, TV, WiFi, coffee machine etc). More like a motel than a hotel but this suited us fine. Staff on reception always helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Found a spider crawling on the ceiling and there was a slick hand print on the headboard that was humorous. No big deal.

We have to keep in mind that this is a budget brand so we understand it will be minimal. Two bath towels and four washcloths and a bath mat is what we got. So we were happy that we brought our own towels. The only two issues were the sink faucet was very loose and there was a big tear in the flooring. When I informed the desk person he said the parts come from Germany so they are on back order. Considering I did notice that it was not a familiar brand of faucet I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and with the situation we're in it makes sense.

My wife and I liked that it seemed to be run by a family. It was a very late check in for us so we just wanted to jump into a clean bed. We opened the door and we noticed it looked very clean. We quickly checked for bed bugs and noticed the sheets were very clean and the mattress looked new. No signs of bed bug or any bugs. I sprayed disinfecting spray just as a precaution but it all seemed clean. The AC worked great. My wife normally has a rough time sleeping in hotel beds if not a four-star hotel. We both think that mattress was a quality mattress and we both had a great night's sleep.
