Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

heat didn't really work in room,spa the jets didn't work and the pool was ice cold to where you couldn't get in bathtub was plugged and had water sitting in tub carpets on steps where filthy

The older lady that was working in the breakfast area. She was very rude to all the guest that were there not just us. She made everyone in there breakfast a terrible experience. which is sad because I stay here a lot and always have a good experience. Busy or not you should always be pleasant to your guest.

Room fixtures were not satisfactory. Coffee maker did not work. After 2 trips to front desk, got a new coffee maker. Room table very wobbly and was unusable as work table. Shower temperature control did not work. Dangerously hot and then freezing cold. Breakfast was not available at 6:00 due to delivery which affected our tight departure schedule.

The room smelled a little smoky. The bathtub was dirty including having dirt I could actually feel….we did not use the shower due to this…There was a lot of dust on the top of the curtains and in the corners of the bathroom…I wasn’t trying to look for issues, it was just obvious. Also we are just too big as a family to be comfortable in double beds…this will be a factor for us when using hotels in the future.
Located right off interstate….was relatively clean as a whole. nice reception. The sheets were nice and clean and smelled good. it was nice to have a decent breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast was horrible my kids said the sausage and eggs taste like plastic and they look fake 🤣 An ad we was getting our food I notice the lady who was keeping the breakfast area clean was giving my kids dirty idk why I guess because they was making there plates the ages are 15 an 11 so they not little kids they old enough to know what they want an second day we went down there same thing she then gave all of us dirty looks if she mad bc we was getting our food then she should wait till the end to start cleaning it up bc people going to keep coming other that nasty food an nasty staff it was great an the muffins, yogurt an juice the best part

We didn't get our bed made up or get towels , we had to ask for fresh towels each day. The breakfast was not that great the eggs were so over cooked they were hard.

Only gave 1 bath towel to use between 2 people, had to ask for more. There was no soap to wash our hands, had to ask for it.

My bathroom had hair all over the place in the tub and on the floor. The toilet seat had dried something on it that I had to clean before i sat down.

Lot's of thing's not working. Ice machine was broke so you couldn't enjoy a cold drink and the worker said they took the second floor one out because it wasn't working. The hot tub jets are broke and it's not very warm. Pool was cold. Exercise room on had 1 out 3 equipment item's working. Rooms were clean and nice and quite hotel. But for the price it was pricey for everything that was wrong or broken.

Let's see, our room was dirty, there were old pop bottles under our headboard. Missing bulbs, family rooms, fridge didn't work, phone couldn't stayed plugged in, no lights on one wall, a/c didn't get cooled. Overcharged for our rooms. Pool very tiny, broken window in pool area(have a pic) jacuzzi never got hot or bubbled.
The free breakfast was ok, service from staff terrible and didn't keep food stocked.

The motel is in the midst of updating so it would be unfair for me to list the observed issues. I did find the bedspread and blanket needed washed as both had dried food on them.
The staff was very friendly and receptive to my suggestions for improving guest stays. Bed was comfortable as is but they were replacing the old mattresses with new ones the day of my check-out.
