Lots of people smoking outside and leaving butts and garbage around hotel they have a slight walk way ramp it ran became very slippery husband slipped and fell did report it then when after the accident reported they put slippery when wet sign up BUT RAIN NEXT DAY NO SIGN!’

Rooms was clean bed was comfortable but because it’s no smoking place cigarettes butts every outside wasn’t very clean garbage around ice machine

The outside needs some updating. The area was noisy being right off of the interstate.

The motel looked a little old outside and I was so concerned about our room. But our room was really ok! Look, newly remodeled, clean and comfortable.

They throw a $100 cash deposit on you at check in, or, you can put it on your card which they actually charge instead of placing a temporary hold on like every other hotel in the world. So, I'd tpu don't happen to have $100 cash with you, you have to wait over a week before the 100 is returned to your credit card which could be an issue for those with limited funds ds available. Very cheesey and unethical business practice.

Room had little flying bugs and people running in and out of the hotel room. People hanging out at all times of the night. Couldn't really sleep. And the latch on my patio door was broken.

The staff was nice and lobby was clean. Room was a nice size. Was glad I got my deposit back. Young man was very polite when I left Sunday morning. He did say he would look into the problem of the running in and out.

The location was very poor. Too close street noise. Loud vehicles, Heard sirens going off most of the night.

They had roaches, I killed roaches every day of my stay. They sent a maintenance man to stray ... it only got worse. While checking out I brought it to the manager attention and he got made and told me well don't come back. He said he's never had any complaints of roaches in this room. I told him I had video and pictures, he said stay somewhere else since your not satisfied.

The rest of the staff was very understanding and nice even his wife.

The area is definitely rundown, sadly. Saw three dogs on the loose as I took my morning walk. :-(

Good breakfast, helpful people that tried to help. The pool looked excellent although we were not able to use it in the short time we were there.

Broken TV controller, unsecured toilet, beeping smoke detector, shower head squirted out the side where it connects…and not very clean. Chair in room was stained beyond belief…I would not sit in it…

The front desk rep after I made a reservation to pay at the property, ran my cash card and while he told me it didn’t go through it in fact did. I proceeded to give him another card card, which had a fraud alert on it that I was unaware of because I had visited another state and had charges in another state. The fact that he ran two different cards without approval, he asked me to leave the property and said he could not give me the room. He was extremely rude. He told me to go. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. this man was so far from having Customer Service experience, it was very sad. I’ve had to work with Booking.com and Cash App to get this refunded as he took no responsibility.
