The fact that even after 3 days I still did not get housekeeping even when I asked for It. I arrived on the Monday and left Sunday, I didn’t get any housekeeping at all the whole stay. Was disappointed with this

The hot tub was not that clean above the water level looked like mold.

Had grassy areas to walk my dogs. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the hot tub.

The woman at the front desk was tolerable at best. The room was very dated, marginally clean, and the furniture was something someone would have a difficult time giving away at a yard sale.

1.When we arrived at our room we found a half empty (dirty) coffee cup on the bedroom counter. I took it to front desk and evening desk lady said…Oh, a staff member must have forgotten that when they cleaned. So much for how well they clean. 2. About 1 hour into our stay a yipping/barking dog two rooms away barked on and off for about 45 minutes. We requested a room change and front desk person refused to accommodate. She said maybe someone went out for dinner and it would stop later. I said NOT ACCEPTABLE! She did come down the hall and knocked on room 107 because they had a dog. After second knock a dog barked, but it was NOT the bark that we had heard. She said that was the only room with a dog. I said it was not the high pitched topping that we heard on and off for 45 minutes. She then knocked on room 106 and a lady answered and the two yipping dogs began barking. She said that lady never said she had dogs. The lady said she had notified by calling office. I went back to our room because front desk lady still would not move our room. Convenient location and decent price. Was really impressed that during breakfast a staff member was present and sanitizing tables as soon as people vacated table. She also was very pleasant and checked to see if anyone needed anything. Was happy to leave a tip!

The beds were too hard and I woke up in pain and decided to stay at home over night and just be there during the day.

Cleaning needs to be a lot better. I recommend cleaning in between the lines inside the tub. Sometimes bend down and look for grout/ dirt.

I enjoyed the room and breakfast. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly so that was a ++. Location is great, your around everything( grocery stores, restaurants, car dealerships, etc.).

The stupid security deposit. That is why you give a debit or credit card. Whoever thought of that was dumb. I had just enough on my card. And now it takes six days to get that back on your card. But just seconds to take off the card. Not happy about that.

Housekeeping never came the entire 5 days that I stayed there my trash was full and I had no clean towels the doors on the top floor were hard to get in it took several attempts to open it the one door scraps against the side walk and gets stuck, the pool water kinda smells musty

I liked that the pool was open late, the breakfast, glad there was coffee and cookies,how the room had name brand soap and shampoo and conditioner

Door know to bathroom was very loose, tub drain plug was unscrewed and on tub side, curtains have white substance on upper edge, front edge of dresser drawer peeling off, loose paint and plaster left side of toilet, clothes hook behind bathroom door was coated in wall paint

Our room heater shut off during the night, we woke up to a room that was freezing!

We loved that the pool was warm, even after using the hot tub, the pool was so warm.

The soccer team that came in cause a lot of noise and made it difficult to use the pool
