We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The walls, as well as areas of the mattress and parts of the sheets had some questionable stains. The walls could use some repairing/touching up. The furniture had quite a few scratches and dings that could use some touching up.
The room was nice and comfortable for two people. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location and the staff were very friendly! Overall it was what we needed for a quick weekend trip and we were satisfied with our room.
