I didn’t like the fact they have roaches and the place looked dirty. The heater in the room did not work, the water pressure was horrible. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was supposed to have a suite and it looked like a regular room.

There was no Breakfast as advertised. There was no fitness center as advertised. There is no ice machine. They issue the smallest bag of ice I've ever seen. I asked that no room service be performed during my stay, room service came TWICE and towels are scarcely limited. The Wi-Fi was terrible, channels were stuck for days or were just unavailable for the entirety of my stay. Staff was Friendly and room was clean as it could possibly be, shower has ceiling falling in. I saw one Roach, that means there are a Million behind the walls. I won't be back

First of all, it was really smelly TV didn’t work the sheets look like they never been washed with stains. The refrigerator didn’t work. The whole room was dirty really bad. Looks like I’ve never been swept especially behind the bed and it was really noisy. They switched it to another room and it was halfway decent but it was still dirty floors the bathroom shower curtain was yellow like I never been wash in months and it stunk so bad.

I received five letters confirming my reservation but the person at check in desk had serious troubles finding our rooms. The room itself had no blankets or bed spread on the bed but that was only a cosmetic problem since the air conditioner did not work. The door to the shower area was drastically in need of repainting. I thought the wall to the west of the toilet was damaged but upon further investigation it was merely dirty. The overhead light fixtures in the sleeping area was missing. There was no coffee maker in the room or breakfast service in the lobby area. Km

There's things in these rooms that need repair. I am a contractor in between assignments and I could help out with the many repairs this place is in desperate need of.

We first get there, a couple were fighting outside. People pleaded with hotel staff to call the police, they did not. I actually called when the chick was throwing rocks at cars shattering a windshield. The entire place smelt like cat piss. Our first room had no cushions on the couch, and the lights didn't work. Disgusting. So we went back down and they put us in a different one. Our 2nd room wasn't awful as first, but we checked for bed bugs. The mini fridge wasn't balanced, the microwave was half melted. Weird stains on the bathroom walls. The hooks for the bathroom were just chilling on the sink. Floors were sticky. I get the price, but some standards need to be upheld. I wanted to contact about a partial refund

No complimentary breakfast, the hotel manager thought that we did not pay for our rooms therefore, we were locked out. My brother's shoes were stolen from his room and the employees refused to allow us to watch the camera.

We drove 13 hours there. When we got there we were told it didn’t matter that we booked online that all they had was dirty rooms and we would have to find somewhere else to go which was hard finding somewhere at 1am on New Year’s Eve night.
