Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Could have provided breakfast or even coffee,and the room could've smelled better

The false advertisement. I stayed there due to having an indoor pool and free breakfast. However, the breakfast was not provided due to renovations which is understandable. The pool was green and closed. There was nothing on the advertisement that stated any of this. There were only two towels in the bathroom and when requested two more for everyone staying there, they didn't have any available. There was also roaches in the bathroom. We killed three.
I liked the location and the size of the room. The beds were comfortable.

Sheet on bed had a hole in it, no handicap accessible room, staff very slow in getting to the office when I wanted to check in.

This Days Inn in Henryetta was at one time very glamourous, built for many travelers or vacation stays, but that was many years ago! Our room was located in a great lobby that had a pool no longer in use, must have been a fun place at one time. Our room was very clean and the one night stay was fine.
Did not have breakfast, wasn't open when we left!

My question is , when I book a room there is a free breakfast but when we check in and ask the reception about the breakfast, they don’t have a free breakfast.hmmm..

Was expecting to be able to use the pool and have breakfast. Neither was available due to renovations. We asked for recompense but none was given. Disappointing. It will be good when the renovations are complete, but that doesn't help us.

Accommodation felt rather run down, attention to detail poor such as, only one large towel, no coffee cups. Front desk didn’t even apologise.

The main purpose was to stay in a facility with an inside pool. When we arrived at 3pm they said the pool was not available because they were cleaning it and it was not available all the time we were there

The room was very much in need of an update. There was a hole in the corner of the door, and only 1 hanger in the whole room. The bed wasn't too bad but the pillows sucked. It was very hard to keep the room warm so we were cold for most of the trip. They advertised an indoor pool bbut it was empty and locked up. Would have been pretty if it was open.
The location was good for what we needed. We were there due to our car breaking down. It was the closest to the repair shop. The staff was very friendly and had no problem with having to extend our stay. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and a Wal-Mart which was helpful. Most everything was within walking distance.

Replacement of coffee and trash puck up each day. Needs a bit of repair. Carpet worn and door finish was off half of door
Close to my family's homes. Quiet. Breakfast was waffles, toast or cold cereal. Coffee was out of regular every morning. Did have decaf. Had in room coffee but didn't replace used coffee packets. Replaced towels and emptied trash once in 3 night stay.

I didn’t have pillow cases for one of my beds and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. For 100 dollars I would have expected someone to answer. It was like 3 pm.
The indoor pool area was very clean, even though I didn’t swim. I like the fact the rooms on the inside opened up pool side.
