We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The beds were hard and I guess I didn’t read the amenities like I should have about the breakfast that was included in the price. When we went to get breakfast all it was, was a nutra grain bar 😞😞 not impressed

United States of AmericaThe pool was infested with bugs. It was never clean. The rooms stay very moist. The bed felt like it was going to break every time one of us would move or roll over. We got a non-smoking room, but every time we would come back to our room, it would smell like Marijuana. In the mornings, we would smell cigarette smoke & and that's what would wake us up. It's great for the price. So you definitely get what you pay for.
Love that you couldn't hear your neighbors. I seen a family of 9 come in, almost all kids. They were super loud & right below us. We never heard them from inside our room.
