I skipped the breakfast offered. There are more complete options nearby (walking distance, actually) There was something causing vertical lines of static on my TV. Not a big deal at the moment. I only wanted to hear local news and weather.

It's an older property, but the floors have been completely redone and it appeared the shower had a liner over top of the old tile. It's clean and had a comfortable bed and hot shower, which is all I needed because my travel plans were disrupted.

The breakfast is almost non-existent (one small muffin- the worst I have seen in my 48 years of travel all over the world. It is not necessary to be so mean.

I truly didn't like the sports channel CBS and NBC. Both networks picture would freeze every 7-8 seconds. It was truly awful.

I was alright with the price. Good room temperature. Shower and bathroom was pretty decent.

Once again they never have towels available in the morning when I need them and when I do ask for towels the employees act like the don’t understand me or just don’t bring towels or say it’s not for them to do it’s someone else job then don’t tell the person that have my room for that day anything about what I need Im really starting to feel discriminated against because the employees quick to o give to other people but not me. I feel like if they don’t want to work with people face to face then get a new job.! I used to work for Hilton Garden Inn so I know in this line of business that you must be professional and have good customer service. The front desk are good at what they do I appreciate this help and their always kind. The housekeepers need to work on being more professional and also work on their customers service.

I inquired if they had elavtors and was told they did before I booked. When I arrived the elevators were broke. The desk clerk hand writing was hard to read so I kept putting in the wrong WIFI password, until the next morning desk clerk wrote it out properly. What there was of the breakfast was ok but basically they had no breakfast. The shower handle is opposite, the cold side is hot and the hot side is cold.

The breakfast was coffee and a muffin, both are ok, the maids are excellent at keeping your room clean. The rooms are nice, updated, comfy rooms. For me the location was good.

Affordable but still, a few things we felt should haver been better. Elevator not working correctly. We heard it moving but door did not open, thus had to carry luggage up and down stairs. -- Shower curtain wasn't hanging correctly - did not do its job. A noise of some sort was heard off and on during the night - seemed like it was some connection inside the wall or room. Not sure.

Location - close to family we were visiting. Nice it was close to tons of stores/restaurants. Price - No extras needed for the two nights. We went for a simple place on the cheap side

The breakfast was a huge disappointment -- banana muffin was the only choice. No cereal, no fruit, no danish, nothing else. The coffee was terrible, and no cream, just that powdered garbage. No milk... I booked the room because it said breakfast was included. It was not even a continental breakfast... at least there should have been a few choices. I ate nothing, and I dumped out the coffee. There was no kleenex. There was only one blanket (I don't like the room to be too warm, but I like blankets. There was no bed spread, just a sheet and a blanket. There was no TV guide selection so it was difficult finding my channels. And ESPN was not in HD, so the picture was terrible. Also, there were bugs in the room. I saw a live ant and another dead bug. Thankfully that's all I saw.

I liked the AC unit fan running continuously to drown out any outside noise, and it was easy to operate. I liked the soap and shower (not the packet of shampoo -- needs to be in a bottle -- I had a hard time opening it).
