The exterior trash receptacles were overflowing and should have been serviced much more often.

The facility was located centrally to the area I was visiting and was affordable.

We were really looking forward to going swimming in the indoor pool. However, it was closed and looked immaculate. Also, a double bed for two adults to share is very tight.

We thought the facility, as well as the staff were amazing. They were very kind and respectful. The rooms were very clean, as well as well appointed.

There was supposed to be free breakfast, but there was only breakfast 2 days during our stay. There were 2 days our room wasn’t cleaned. Pools were closed and construction going on right next door to our room. We were there for 6 nights, couldn’t they put us away from the construction?

The hotel, overall, was pretty dated.

Location. Parking was easy. Our room appeared to have been remodeled recently. Many reviews about this place were very negative. It wasn’t as bad as the reviews suggested.

The area our room was in was under construction. At the entrance were empty boxes, pallets and garbage, the corridor was covered in cardboard to protect the carpet. Don’t tell me these were the only rooms available.

Breakfast ends to early and by the time we came down to eat at 8:30am, it was only leftovers. The room did not meet my expectations because it didn't have closets or hangers, the beds were not queen size as advertised, I had to sleep on the floor (2 twin beds for two parents, one 15 year old and one 5 year old is not big enough) one of the bed sheets had a cigarette burnt hole on it and another one have a blood stain on it, I had to get another set of sheets and change it myself because "there was not housekeepers" when I arrived (10pm) It was very dusty and the floors were so dirty and I notice because I slept on it, the coffee maker was so dusty. The housekeepers knocked our door at 7am even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

All of the wall mounted lights did not work, their switches were broken. The hot/cold water control in the shower could not keep a steady temperature. It was either too hot and then cold. Caused by a high volume of guests that were there. Once the guests left (the next day) the control worked properly.

I didn’t like the fact that it appears we got double charged as I changed our credit card the week of arriving and now I’m dealing with a double charge on the card I originally charged with this is not professional

the first room we were assigned to was not made up, so we had to be relocated. The guests who were children ran up and down the corridors at 12:30 am. The room had a smell, but with the windows open it was ok. The price was very high.
