Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only disappointing part of breakfast was the coffee.

Breakfast wasn't much and the pool was very cloudy and small. Beds were also like sleeping on a rock.

No hot breakfast. Just muffins and juice pretty much.

The location is just fine, not much to see but it’s okay if you are traveling and just need a place to spend the night.
Room was okay, bathroom quite small, not much space there. Breakfast was okay, though not much variety.

Location Surroundings
Dog friendly, anywhere can have incidents but lots of drama outside on Saturday night. Local authorities and hotel management quick action still questionable what went on. Definitely family’s small children do deep research on this location

Would have liked to been in a room closer to the area we walked our dogs. Also since we were staying 2 nights we needed more towels and wash cloths and cups. Our soap must not have been full, we had to reach into shower/bath for soap to wash our hands.
Easy access to highway and pet friendly. Comfortable bed.

You could slightly hear the traffic from the highway, but it didn't bother me. I slept great. If you had a room on the backside, you probably would not hear the traffic at all.
The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It was updated and very clean. I slept great.

Break fast could have improved with some more choices.
It was a nice place to stay. Convenient location to attractions and hikes. Even though location was near highway, it’s a quiet place. Pancake, and other microwaveable items were there only weekends.

The beds were hard and you could hear a lot of noise. Wish there was more of a variety of a hot breakfast and not just pancakes.
It was a good location. The pancake maker was a nice touch for a warm breakfast.

The rooms did have sticky floors, but other than that, the rooms were clean.
The hotel was located right off I-40, which was great. It allowed quick access to the city or attractions like Lookout Mountain. When inside the room, you could not hear the car traffic and it was quiet overall. The rooms have been updated and are nice. The breakfast area was clean and open, with decent options. The staff was friendly during all interactions. There was a small pool located on the second floor.

The breakfast was disappointing. The door to the room opens to the outside and there was a bit of a gap around the door. The wind was blowing so that the door was shaking and I thought someone was trying to come in. It woke me up several times.
Staff was very nice. The room was clean and the location was great.

Felt like the floors may not have been clean, fridge was dirty and we had to park around back and walk a little ways to our room. But overall not bad for 1 night stay.
It was super easy and quick place for us to stop for the night.

The odor. If looked as if they're remodeling. The odor could've been paint, but it was pretty strong.

Super noisy remodel under us while baby was trying to nap. Asked them kindly to wait an hour or move us and they weren’t interested. The pool was tiny and took a couple hours after open to warm up.
Seemed updated. Okay breakfast. Pancakes, boxed items, a few microwaveable sausage and biscuits. One choice of coffee creamer.
