The shower head was broken at the top so I had to hold it while taking a shower which I found to be pretty inconvenient.

When I made my reservation I noted that I would have a service animal. When I went to check in the clerk asked if I had any pets. I told him that I have a service dog. I had my paperwork for her he didn’t want to see it up questioned we what a service dog is & why I have her. I was also charged an additional $50 upon arrival for a clean/damage deposit. When I went to my room I was not alone. Roaches yes roaches. I do not recommend staying here.

Customer service and guest bothering you when you walk to your car

The man at the front desk might have been having a bad day but he was rude. And when am issue arose I requested his name he totally ignored me and disregarded my request. I called corporate and we came to an agreement. But the next day I tried to book a room for Queen beds it only showed King and Queen single rooms Later that morning I found out my house was ready and did not have to book again. Also there was a stabbing on the property. A stabbing at the property but 1 of the guest who got into a fight with another guest. The guy who stabbed someone had been bothering people since the night before. He stabbed the guy with a machete

I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ROOM. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THE NEXT DAY. THE SINK WAS VERY SLOW TO DRAIN. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST LIKE WAS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE BECAUSE OF "COVID". WHEN I GOT THERE, I HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT THAT WASN'T LISTED ON THE WEBSITE EITHER. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ISN'T WHAT I EXPECTED. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Noted multiple areas being redone but has stop work order on window. Wifi password did not work. Was charged $50 over expected cost, said it was a deposit to be refunded later. Room inspected prior being able to leave.

wire hanging from refrigerator. I asked for my receipt and they made me wait for them to go check my room in order for me to get a receipt. Breakfast wasnt until 6:30 and was a to-go even though COVID is basically done with. Front wasnt open when we left, so no breakfast. Waiting room for night window had no air flow even though was inside, so was hotter than outside. Lots of freeway noise, but what do you expect from a hotel right off the freeway. NO bathroom inside check-in area.

The ENTIRE room was so weirdly placed, there was clumps of hair left around, the microwave was very old with no fridge. Could hear people talking and yelling outside all night and the highway was so loud. The bed was super uncomfortable and the lights in the room were were weird and all had separated switches! Washer and dry was so gross.

The pool was clean and so was the bathroom.
