To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I love the hotel it was beautiful compared to some Days Inn , because is so close to the MIA Airport for my early morning flight, the staff was so friendly and helpful to me when I checked in.. The night shift staff were not so friendly I guess it was because he works over night shift..

United States of AmericaThe hotel allows people to slip flyers of resurants under the door. We'll since we had been driving for over 14 hours and had two blow out tires on the highway. It had been a long day and we decided to order off the paper. The Restaurants name is FAST pizza trust me there's nothing fast about it. On the flyer it said they take card. I call them and order a large pizza with pepperoni and mushroom I ask to pay over the phone. The guy says they arnt taking card. Ok no biggie maybe there card reader was down. I tell him we can pay cash. The price of the pizza should have been 25 dollars at most because it was 2 dollars extra for the mushroom. The man said 45 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes go by before the guy gets to us. He over charged us saying 35 dollars when on the flyer it clearly stated the prices and on top of it all the pizza was Wrong. He put sausage and mushroom. When I tried to find the business to call and return the pizza. I couldn't find anything about it other than on yelp. Apparently this happens all the time with this business. Some of the reviews even stated the man got physical when people refused to pay for 3 hour late pizza and Wings or the wrong order. Moral of the story is the hotel was nice, but I won't be staying there again because I don't want to support a hotel that is allowing this person to offer there services and act the way they do.

United States of AmericaNot every hotel has a shuttle, I understand that. But the property's explanation for not offering breakfast due to COVID is rediculous. The hotel I stayed at the day before (also a Choice Hotel, also near the airport) offered a scrumptuous FREE 5 star breakfast. We all know the real reason for not offering even a simple breakfast is to save money. So, it is up to you, management, to decide if you want to make a great or good/mediocre impression on your guests. I will leave that up to you. Ask yourself which hotel you think I will stay at in the future.
I liked the close proximity to the airport. Since they had no shuttle it translated to lower UBER/LYFT costs. The facility was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and that was appreciated.
