No food for breakfast, hard to understand and no very friendly staff, no coffee pot in room, far from destination

There were additional updates needed. The pool had no water in it. The breakfast bar had hardly food on it. The apple juice and orange juice didn't work.

The Inn was was okay. Some updates have taken place. Our room was nice. Clean and comfortable.

Had to pay greater rate than what reservations were for! Hotel was not as pictured, dirty, not updated and very small rooms! No linen or towels for 4 days were supplied!

Badly in need of upgrading! Door to connecting room all pitted in need of refinishing, bathroom door frame in need of painting, popcorn ceiling, electrical plug in bathroom upside down, security doors into hotel all in need of refinishing, no fire alarm in room ceiling. Nothing too severe just unpleasant to see!

I was a little bit worried about leaving my car, because the area looked pretty deserted. My main problem, and it’s not the hotels fault, is it the person next to me had the tv on so loud until after midnight that I couldn’t sleep. and then blasted it again very early the next day :(

The outside of the hotel and the hallways were very very worn. But the room itself, aside from the couch, looked relatively updated. The room was very clean as well.

sheets had stains, blankets had burnt holes. things like that make a person feel disgusted to stay.

cigarette smell in the hallways as well as being woken up by housekeeping coming into the room while we were asleep which made us very uncomfortable

i liked the price for sure, the room wasn’t terrible but definitely could’ve been cleaned better. they need new lamps and better remotes.

The bathroom was dirty and mold growing in tub... they definitely need more pillows in the room. Was told breakfast was at 10a but needed to be checked out by 11a it's kinda hard to eat and tidy up your room before leaving. People over top of us left their water running ALL Night and playing loud music and stomping all over. Kids were woke up because they were so loud.

The room part was very clean. And nice. Size. Staff was pretty nice

Dirty laundry in bathroom. Smoking room, but heavy smoke smell, no air freshener used.. cigarette burns on bed comforters. Dirty floors in room.

The pool wasn’t open. There was no continental breakfast, presumably because of Covid but not sure. The place appeared to be understaffed. We only saw one person there. I had to call the facility to checkout because no one was at the desk. I think she was cleaning. The biggest safety issue for me was that one of the doors leading outside didn’t lock. Anyone could walk in. At least our room door locked.

We had clean room with comfortable beds, refrigerator, and microwave. There was fresh linens.

No smoking signs up in the vestibule where I entered but the space smelled of smoke. Someone had put a hole in the wall which had not yet been repaired. There was a party going in the night I arrived after a 14.5 he drive. I only had 4.5 hrs of sleep the first night due to the racket across the hall. No breakfast.
