Linen was a little dirty, and I didn’t particularly need it to be, but the outside appearance wasn’t as nice looking as One would need in a nicer trip.

It was in a red convenient area for where I needed to go. It seemed close enough to things that I might need such as food and transportation.

It's none must say in there.. Ask for garbage can never get one. Water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom. Told manager not to get done. I had to go back and ask for a bag for garbage. Never responded to no garbage can never respond to toilet leaking water on the floor not good.

All around general condition of the outdated dirty rooms the unsafe location the fakely highlighted pictures of what room I'm not sure but the pictures are not from the inside of that facility and the overpricing I could have went with another company and gotten better deal and probably a better description of what we were getting into we're not from the area and it should come with warning labels dangerous to stay at

The location was overpriced the night of our check-in there was over a $40 difference the place was not at all as advertised the photos of the facility are not up to date or accurate we found cockroaches and just general human dirtiness not to mention the location is in the middle of the ghetto absolutely ridiculous that your site allows us stuff to happen I will no longer be using you guys at all third time that I've gotten very bad rooms with the way that you guys mostly represent your facilities

They made us pay a $54 dollar fee when arriving the website had NOTHING about a fee!! The room was dirty, there were roaches by the bed and it smelled like old people, crap, and death. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I rather have slept in my car with no AC than this dump!!!

The check in took forever and got a bad attitude from the staff. I paid for a king size bed (the only reason I got this hotel, the others nearby only had double rooms available) but went I went to check in, (hours after check inn time) they said they were none available because they were cleaning them. I asked how long it would take them and he said they didnt know how long it was going to take because the cleaning staff spoke another language. So we had to take a double room. The room had cockroaches and wasn't in a good condition. To top it all off i check my bank statement and was charged the deposit 3 times, I called the hotel and they said it was a mistake so now I have to wait 3 to 5 bussiness days to get my money back. At least the person I spoke on the phone this time was nice.

Staff was very easy to converse with. The pool, of course, and the location.

😊 The staff was super pleasant, understanding, patient, and accommodating. Always greeting me with a smile was very aware and informative of any question I asked.

1. The booking advertisement was very misleading. 2. The staff was over worked and it was obvious. They receive complaints often but have no power to fix anything. 2. First night: we got bit a few times, I called the front desk who sent someone promptly. 3. The someone was the maintenence/housekeeping/security guard, who then proceeded to tell us the bugs... were not bed bugs and would not change my room, instead he provided extra sheets. 🙄 4. The water faucet in the shower fell off when I tried to pull up the knob to turn on the shower. I told the office the next morning as it was pretty late when that happen. 5. The breakfast was bread...and coffee and juice. That was it. 6. The TV got progressively darker 😐 just from being on. 7. The electricity was faulty, the hair dryer didn't work. Certain light bulbs were either dead or didn't work. The second night in the new room was better...

The staff was friendly and slightly helpful. They moved my room when the faucet fell off. Ask for an upgraded room if possible. The first room was one that not been updated. The second was 3 times better but all in all the place is run down. Needs a series face lift. The only saving grace is the front desk agent. The young lady was sweet. They also have a pool which was pretty clean to my surprise 😮
