When I first gotten to a room there’s was no tv in the room

Pillows sucked asked for extra and was told their was none. Had to go out and buy some due to the fact their were Dench and a folded sweater or worse. customer service worker wasn't bad but definitely could use some improvements with socializing with customers/guests in an uplifting and informative way. She was bubble and informative when we first arrived but once she handed us the keys it was a whole different daminer. I was highly irrated this morning ( 2/29) with the morning customer service person at the desk. Our house started on fire (2/28) it was all over fox 6 news. And we had asked 2 have a little extra time in our room this morning(2/29) due to Red Cross coming to help us find a place 2 go since our house was a total loss and all we had was the clothes on our back and what was in our car that we were able 2 selve. And after we left there we had no place 2 go so we had 2 get it done know. The lady was already late she was supposed 2 be at the hotel at 830am and the lady at desk knew that due to us having her do a wake up call and she had an emergency fire she had 2 go 2. She ended up showing up around d 1015am. The lady at the desk wanted me 2 pay $58 just 2 stay in our room for 15 extra mins.

The decorations of the room were nice. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on. The 3rd shift lady did a wake up call for us on time.

Plastic was on the mattress so that made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was in a room next to the stairs so you could hear when people were going up and down it.

It was clean and the lady at the front desk was super nice.

The property as a whole was not very nice. I arrived late evening, and there seemed to be many people loitering around the parking lot and lobby. The hallway/stairway was noisy, dirty floor, and did not smell good. Definitely wanted to stay in my room for the remainder of the evening.

Room itself was sparse but clean and it was quiet overnight. The price was very reasonable. The check in staff was friendly and quick.

The corridors were dirty and the room didn't have a fridge, hairdryer or microwave, like other motels in a similar price range we subsequently experienced. Arrival at the carpark and into reception also didn't provide the same good impression as promotional photos suggest.

The room was quiet, clean and tidy and the staff were courteous. The area was reasonably convenient for food, shopping and places to go for a walk. The price was ok and our car was secure overnight.

Didn't like that this motel is being used as temporary homes for homeless or welfare people. So these people were always out hanging around smoking at the doors and picnic table. This should be mentioned so customers know what they are getting into. The hallways stink like poop and urine from the animals. We got a King room and had no table to sit at except the desk with only one chair???? This is a big room with a bed nowhere else to sit but the desk. Not asking for the Ritz but need more.... table and another chair.

The location is dated and the public areas could use a cleaning and update. When I went to check-in I was told there wasn't a room available. I prepaid so they ended up giving me a room that wasn't cleaned and was offline because it didn't have a TV. I only needed the bed to sleep for a few hours and a shower, so it myeet that criteria.

The value was on par with how things went.

The toilet didn't really flush and leaked on the floor. Could hear neighbors music playing above us. The pillows smelled like cologne that neither of us wear.

The king size was very comfortable and the room seemed clean enough. Easy access to restaurants and fuel. No hassle check in. Booked last minute and the front desk clerk was very nice.
