Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was very insufficient and the coffee was cold. Our room had no coffee pot, the remote did not work and we had no light bulb. No tissue in the receptacle and no liner the trash can.
The room was clean the beds were comfortable.

Dingy facility, blame wyndham for that. They don’t seem to have an eye on their properties. Paint and landscaping would do wonders. Dingy sheets(but clean), squeaky bed. Very poor breakfast.
Front desk lady was nice. Room was well equipped, microwave,frig,coffee maker, ironing board. Room was clean.

showerhead missing,lamp would not work,wasnt the bulb.missing .didnt know we would have to request towels,maid service,didnt bother because it took till late evening to getting missing parts etc.. the 1st day.

The area itself is quite sketchy - not sure who are your neighbors, the room was RELATIVELY clean, with holes and stains from smoking in the bed linen. The AC is veeeery old (but working), overall the impression of the room is so-so. Lobby was also just ok. The worst part is breakfast: do not expect anything - a cup of juice, yogurts were gone and a couple of packed doughnuts from dollar tree store - probably that was it. And staff disappeared for the breakfast time, so no one could complain or request anything from them. So you should expect no breakfast, basically.
This is a typical motel in a close proximity to a small town. The parking is free (good), the room was with AC (not bad) and relatively clean, overall, not bad. You feel a way safer once you lock all your doors. Neighbours were not that noisy (luckily). Nearby there is a local police station (not sure if that can be helpful). And they claim that breakfast is included.

Light above mirror didn't work, mold on the wall above bathtub, coffee in room was there but no cups, toilet seat was put on very crooked. Breakfast was basically non-existent - only coffee and 3 pkg pastries left and some juice. No cereal or fruit.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room. The toilet was too low and did not flush well, the shower required getting in a bathtub and having no seat, the bedside lamp didn't work, there were burn spots on the bed spread.

Very small continental breakfast options. I did request a non-smoking room and was told I was given one. However, the room and sheets smelled of smoke. Upon packing up and leaving the room, I discovered a deodorizer in the heating vent. :(
