We checked in and went to the room, there was trash on the floor, missing pillow cases, beds had been slept on but the sheets were not changed, no towels, and a really bad odor. This was at 2 in the afternoon. I went back to the office to let them know the room hadn't been cleaned. She stated it was marked clean, but she would have someone take care of it. We came back 2 hours later, and the only difference was new pillow cases and no trash bag in the floor. Went back to the office and nobody was around. We called with no answer and then waited about 10 minutes before the only person on duty showed up. This lady was very nice and clearly in need of some help. She moved us to a different room that had at least been cleaned. We still had no towels and there room smelled like it hadn't been used in a while (old, stale, and musty). This was a nonsmoking room, but the sheets and bedspread had burn holes in them. There was no extra toilet paper (we used the half roll that was there and bought our own instead of trying to get someone from the hotel to take care of this). The secondary lock on the door was broken and many items in the room looked in need of repair. For the price, this room wasn't bad, but the basic service could have definitely been better.

The first room we we're gave, had ZERO POWER ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROOM, NO PILLOW CASES ON THE PILLOWS, NO TOWELS, HAND TOWELS, OR WASH CLOTHES... MICROWAVE WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH TAPE, AND BATHROOM WAS GROSS... So we were assigned a new room, Well around 1:00 AM, a drunk came to our door and had a key, AFTER I called the office the drunk came back two more times... ALL TOGETHER THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE...

I reserved a handicapped room but did not get one, there were no wash clothes and very few towels, I had to go purchase a bedside toilette because I could not use the bathroom. The shower spayed the ceiling because it was broken, so we had to wash daily at the sink.

The fridge and cabinets were filthy and the floors creak and the toilet in the bathroom felt like it was gonna break and they only gave ine towel. And was extremely short staffed...

The staff was rude and the room was really dirty! They had people partying and doing drugs playing loud music all night in the parking lot right outside our room till 3/4 am ridiculous!!

The bed only had 2 pillows. Had to unscrew the hairdryer and plug it up somewhere else because the plug did not work. Did not have an iron or ironing board . I did get one from the staff because they just had taken them out of the room.

I didnt get my booked room. to get my booked room (which was a king) I would have had to stay in a room in which the door lock was messed up and I'd have to go to the office to get them to let me back in. When I went to the office, nobody was around. Had to wait forever for someone to show up. Parking was ATROCIOUS..

I needed new sheets. Pillows. Towels. Everything. I asked for room service. Didn't get that. There was trash outside the whole week I was there. Oh and there was 3 lamps w no light bulbs. And the outlet by the sink didn't work. I had to do my hair where there was no mirror.

No Toilet tissue holder, No towel rack Tried to call the office on room telephone which was dead. 1 Bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and NO bath matt to step from tub onto. Not accustomed for 2 people to use the same items. No glasses or cups to use to dissolve my medication in, Do0 you want ho hear more? Not wasting my time. Lesson learned about Windom
