Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThis is not a property that I can recommend for families. As we made our way to our room, a Junkie stumbled out of another room. That should’ve been our first tip off. our room reeked of cigarettes - to the point where our clothes and hair absorbed the smell within 30 minutes. The door had a chain lock on it, but that was pretty much it, which made us slightly uncomfortable given what we encountered in the parking lot. The room was pretty filthy overall: the bathtub was dirty - brown rust from top to bottom, the comforter on one bed has cigarette burns on it. really, the room was just run down and not well cared for. For almost $100 a night (with tax), you would think this would not be the case - especially since for $50 more you can go 1/4 mile up the street and stay at the Hampton inn, which was immaculate in comparison. which is where we ended up staying when we decided to leave the Days Inn after 30 minutes of being there.
The gentleman at the front desk was polite. while he couldn’t help us, he was professional.

United States of AmericaFirst this property was supposed to be near Opryland. It is not. The Opryland Days Inn has closed. We had booked four nights on Monday morning at 1:30 trash trucks at restaurants across street were noisy forever. Lady in office was rude. We got locked out on Monday with our key card. Came back to room after fixed snd no water. Why didn’t they tell us when down there. Parking lot looked like a trash dump. Pick up truck in it there for four days blocking back up access never moved

United States of AmericaThe room was very dirty. I walked across the floor and you could feel you were walking on dirty floors. My brand new white socks were black! My son's room had used Q tips on the floor of the bathroom. The bed sheets were very rough and uncomfortable. The shower had stains from a leak all down the sides. We were on the 2nd floor and the outside walkways, stairs were filthy. there were pictures that had been taken out of rooms stacked up in the hall. It is very difficult to drive into and being right next to the freeway there were sirens all nght long.
We didn't think much of this Day's Inn which is surprising because we stay at that chain frequently. We will try another Day's Inn next time we travel.

United States of AmericaI booked a non smoking room or so I thought I did (who in the heck still has smoking inside) and the staff even called me to confirm the room the day of checkin and I said I want a non smoking room and when I checked in it actually was a smoking room. Luckily the check in staff had what they told me was a non smoking room that cancelled and we got that BUT it clearly was smoked in because it reeked of cigarettes and smoke. There were smoke burns in the mattresses and cigarette stains from flicking ashes all over the carpet and toilet. I called the front desk and he said he would note it smells like smoke and offered an air freshener instead of providing an actual clean non smoking room (I didn’t ask further either admittedly because it had already been a horrible and long day). The entire hotel looked run down and unclean. The walls are paper thin so when all the awesome tenants stumbled into the rooms nearby we were woken up at 2-3am to laugher and door banging. I reserved a room that was supposed to house 5 people and in the name it says double room with double beds. To me the assumption there was since it is for 5 that there would be 2 bedrooms connected in one large suite or room with a total of 4 beds. This ended up being just a typical sized motel room with 2 double beds so I’m not sure how 5 people can sleep in there. Luckily we had a person cancel so we just snuggled up 2 to a bed. The hotel is pet friendly but it had zero grass on the property and is surrounded by other businesses with also very limited grass so no real location for potty for the dog.
Location was as expected but definitely seemed a dirty part of town but we have never been there so pretty unavoidable. But good location to the highway. Pet friendly rooms at a cheap cost.
