The pool was freezing cold, but other than that everything was good. 9/10 recommend.

The shower head had no pressure, there were no curtains to keep out sunlight, and the halls were very cold!, and the refrigerator had a leak!

No one told me about breakfast, it would be nice to get good tasting coffee in the morning!!

My boyfriend saw a dead rat outside the side entrance. He notified the staff and she removed it.

The bathroom needed a little update and could be little bigger.

no working ice machine. facilities in various state of renovation towels were like sandpaper. No tissues in room. No breakfast included

No other dining available but the one restaurant that is in the building. The only other "food" available nearby was a gas station that had a Dunkin Donuts inside and all they had to offer was stale donuts (in the early morning too 🤨☹️) and they didn't have sandwiches.. I had to wait for the restaurant in the hotel to open at 11 or 12... The main thing I disliked immensely was the fact that the Whalers Inn did not have a continental breakfast. For the price I paid, I should have had a breakfast at least. They didn't even offer coffee.

The only thing I disliked, was that you are only able to access the pool from inside the building. Other than that it was great.

The in room Jacuzzi was awesome. The food was really good and not over priced. There wasn't many people when we stayed (not a fan of excess humans). The receptionist/manager was really nice, and helpful. We were unintentionally annoying, since my children locked us out at least 3 times. She definitely had patience. The waitress at the restaurant was also very nice and great with children.

Stained sheets didn't looked washed. Pumped airfresher in room to mask smell gave me headaches

The Jacuzzi. I like the bare floors. The pub on site was a plus. The bed was so comfortable

Just very rude I got to the property and the room I booked a month ago they gave to someone else so I got a different room and I was five hours from home so I wasn’t about to turn around keep my deposit for a couple towels that were used with a bath bomb just ridiculous. The place is a scam.

We booked this place because it was local for us and we were looking forward the using the pool. We could’ve stayed at other places that were cheaper without a pool but we mainly wanted to use the pool. The pool was so dirty that we weren’t even able to go in. There was a film on top of the water

The staff was friendly and personable. The inn has a cozy vibe and cool that Ryan’s pub is inside the inn with great prices.

Room was old looking. The floors looked replaced but very slippery and did not want to walk barefoot. Fixtures and bathroom very out of date. Charge an extra $100 per room to hold until checkout. Nothing worth taking and room was not very clean.

Water in the shower was hot so that was good.

The room finding was a little tricky.

I was pleasantly surprised. This is a more bang for your buck place. It was super clean, recently remodeled with an indoor pool that was warm. The front desk was phenomenal. Kudos!!

I didn't like how I checked in at 3pm and my room was still dirty and unorganized, staff were unprofessional, paid 300$for a night and the room was a disaster when I arrived and they didn't seem to care.

Nice property, undergoing updates and renovations which do not interfere with guests at all! April at the front desk was wonderful! We loved Ryan's, the onsite Irish pub! Great food, service, and band!! 💙

Ryan's pub was a lot of fun, really a core for the Inn. The food was great and really reasonable prices. The staff were nice and even played some pool. The pool is indoors and very clean.
