Cleanliness. Bedding could be less stained. Towels and bath cloths are stained.

There was no Breakfast. I am ok with the hotel but they could get the place fix up much better. For the price they charge. And the front desk worker could be less nasty than she is.

People loud and arguing outside my door in the parking lot and being accused of people running in and out of my room, when it was the room next door to me and my son ,the front desk said it didn't matter if I was going to stay another night,they were not extending my stay, which this put me in a predicament for us to have to walk with our belongings to the closest affordable hotel,which wasn't close at all. Not to mention butThey were rude as well.

First and for most the room was not clean, the sheets / blankets were heavily stained, the floor was dirty, the chair in the room is stained we do not sit on it, we removed their bed coverings and put our own on the bed. The smoking rooms are on the fifth floor with that being said the elevator is turned off, it's not broken because we had to get our stuff up to our room so we had to ask about turning the elevator on so we could. We have been here for a few days and they still have the elevator off. This is the worst motel stay I've ever experienced. They say they give free breakfast on booking.com but that is false. The only 2 good things about this Days Inn is location and a couple staff members. The price is cheap but should be cheaper in this case you don't get what you pay for. They didn't even tell us the elevator was off when we checked in.

Front desk worker for two of our three visits felt like it was an inconvenience that I was checking in. House keeper was nice but was following me around like a hawk and kept asking me the same question “if I was checking out?” Even before check out.

The hotel looked run down on the outside. There was construction going on on the back of the building that was not posted on the site. When we got to the office to check in there was a sign on the door stating that the structure was not safe for occupancy and a fine would be given, Not sure if that was for the back side of the building or what because it was not listed. We asked the front desk clerk if we could look at the room before checking in because of how the outside looked. The room actually was not bad, but it is not like the pictures, we thought this was an inside hotel. The room doors are outside.The room was clean just needs to be updated ALOT. The towels were cleaned but stained. Tub was not cleaned well. We always pull back all of the sheets on each bed and check for bed bug before we relax. The top sheet ,blanket and pillow cases were clean. The mattress cover was dirty/dingy ,it had what looked like fresh blood on the bottom. Yellow stains on the top and black stains on the side. So its like the house keeper just took off everything on the top and placed it over the dirty mattress cover and pad. The Elevator worked when we first got in it, but we ended up using stairs on the way out because the door would close and the elevator would just sit there.

We did not stay here.

The property looked very worn down. The sink has several cracks in it. The shower ceiling has several long bubbles in the paint where water has leaked into it. The room had a moldy smell. There was no continental breakfast that was described on the Internet. 

It was close for my reason for travel.

We requested non-smoking rooms, the rooms reeked of cigarette so bad one of the guests had to go sleep in the car because of the smell.

The outside appearance was not good. Half the hotel is under construction. There was constant hammering on a broken elevator.

We felt kind of duped to be honest. My wife booked a hotel and the pictures and the things she saw did not match when we got there. Half the place was under construction. The check in lobby made us feel unsafe.

I don't like the check in process. It's not like fancier properties.

Great for the price. Outside needs work, however, inside my room was clean, TV had all the channels I wanted and the swimming gave me a good workout.

The website said breakfast included, they have since stopped due to covid( that needs to be stated). The sitting chair needs a deep steam cleaning, the actual blanket needed washing( looked like dry food crusty on it. (Used my own personal blanket, thankfully I carry one inside the trunk during travels) The stairwell smells like someone urinated.

The bed was comfortable.
