I had to request a crib at the front desk when I had already requested one on my reservation. Also, there was a line for the continental breakfast.

Hallways and elevators are not clean. Although it is a smoke-free hotel, the guests do not comply with the rules, in the rooms next to us they were smoking everything and we could not delight and enjoy the spectacular view since we do not like smoke. Since there is no hotel surveillance, parents do not follow instructions in the pool, they send the minors alone and they play with unacceptable objects. When I say alternatives at breakfast, I mean that they didn't have any kind of bread. Likewise, they had no alternative for people who did not eat meat, since they did not have any other protein other than pork. Our example of everything they had, we only ate the revoltillo which they serve with a little ladle and that's it. Not having bread or any other complement, that was our breakfast.

The employees are very helpful and attentive. Although everything looks pretty clean, they need a little more in certain areas. We loved that it is a smoke-free hotel, although not all tenants comply. They had breakfast but no different alternatives. Although we learned that there have been casualties in the administration and the majority of employees are new. Despite that, I know that they put all their effort into pleasing their guests. Keep going with care and dedication and you will achieve it. We will see each other again next time, waiting for the water on this beach to be even a little warmer, because it is very cold. The only thing that would have made our stay here better is with a top level floor. We love to watch for marine life from the balcony and the viewing angle is better on upper levels.

My family loved the pool with waterfalls as well as the large hot tub. The entertainment was a bonus I wasn't expecting. Poolside movies, djs, foam party and more. Great value for ocean front view and all the amenities included. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and peaceful room as I expected.

It would have been nice to see the pool deck cleaned more regularly. Towards the end of the night there were food crumbs & certain areas that felt like the floor of a restaurant kitchen. There were a lot of little kids swimming/splashing in the hot tub which was a little frustrating as it was right next to the nice pool. I think adding adult only or 14 & up hours would be nice so that you could actually relax in it.

I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean/updated, it did not look like the pictures shown of grandmas house! The a/c & elevators worked great! The staff was friendly accommodating. The breakfast was actually really good & thankfully served behind a window by a staff member. Glad it wasn’t your typical continental cereal & bagel breakfast, they actually had hot prepared foods! The pool area & bar were nice, a little grimy in some areas of the pool deck, which is to be expected with young kids & food. It was nice to see them working on various parts of the hotel, such as repainting the pool gate. It seems as though they are trying to keep up with maintenance/appearance, which did not inconvenience at all. They have a good bit of rules to follow, but everyone adhering to them made for a nice stay.

Bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub and a wad on the floor. We did not tell staff as we only stayed one night.

Right on the beach, decent parking, rental chairs are for guests only, breakfast was great. Large fridge in the room. Plenty of towels in the room to include pool towels.

Parking lot is small and tight. I know it was spring break but the amount of people walking around the hotel and on balconies smoking weed made it hard for myself and my children.

For a Handicapped room, the beds were way too tall. They need to be at a height of about 22"-24" tall. There are a lot of bugs in the room. I think due to the door jambs being rusty and lots of gaps. There needs to be a place to put your toiletries. A table or shelf, very near to the sink.

The view was beautiful. The woman at the front desk was most gracious. Andria, maybe. (She is from Colombia, short dark brownhair)

We really enjoyed the free breakfast and location of the property. We had a really good stay! Very clean and great staff. The pool and poolside bar were a plus!
