Could not connect wifi and couldn't get anyone to help with that there was half of a straw with white substance and other items behind the night stand aii the drawers was broke and we had to clean bathroom before we could use it old wash cloth hanging from shower head jusr dirty

The fact I booked a smoking room and they gave me a nonsmoking, the 2nd bed was dirty, the trays were dusty. It was people in rooms with they shoes and socks outside of they room it was def an experience. Should have took pictures

Very few towels, had to ask for more. Only one light over sink worked and one bedside lamp. When I went to get more towels at the front desk, staff was loudly complaining that they hated the place & their job, etc.

The hallways to the room were very dirty, especially the stairs on the back. There were smoke spots and burn holes on the bed sheet.

To begin the room we were given did not have a safety latch available to the ensure a sense of safety and to prevent unwanted entry. Secondly, the room was far from hygienic. Stains on the bedding, pillows, carpet and blinds indicated this hotel is not very well kept. Additionally, there was multiple holes in the walls both in the main room and bathroom, outlets did not function properly in the nightstand and the fridge continuously made a rattle/ ticking noise.

The location of the property was in a reasonable proximity to the hardwood acres mansion, which we were attending a wedding at. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The place completely.

Nothing , it was very outdated, the shower was leaking, there was mold. The lamp shade was ripped, the door lock latch was broken. When we got there, i checked beds and one of them was dirty. I have pictures of everything.

sketchy neighborhood, cleanliness- stains on bed, was not vacuumed, garbage still in the can from previous occupants, dirty sink, stained towels, dirty refrigerator, reeked of smoke, complimentary shampoo and conditioner were crusty and labels worn off, crust all over the walls.

The hotel needs to be updated. There is smell that of course you get used to. Room was dusty and even though the toilet bowl was clean, the rim underneath it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was black under there.

There was no coffee. The machine was broke. Juices and bagels were available. McDonalds is within walking distance so I went over there and got breakfast.

One staff member was smoking marijuana in the parking cover. I'm pretty sure we saw a drug deal go down. The room reaked with a bad odor. The bathroom was dirty.

When you stepped out of the shower the floor was about 3" lower than the bottom of the tub. I almost ended up on the floor the first time I got out. The one day I wanted house keeping they knocked and I said to hang on (I wanted t put pants on 😜). When I opened the door they were almost at the end of the building. I told the front desk (when I went to get my key reprogrammed). He said they were still there and he'd make sure they stopped by. Everything was the same when I got back like 5 hours later... The worst part though was that every single day when I got back to my room my key didn't work (I was there for a week 🙄). I don't know how their system works but it needs to be fixed...

In general it was as much as you can expect from a days inn.

The room seemed somewhat run down. It was a non-smoking room, but smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns on my blanket. The curtain rod in the room and the shower curtain rod were falling off of the wall. The shower had little water pressure. There were several stink bugs in the room upon entering

The front desk staff was friendly and it was in a convenient location.

Entry door to my room had a thick film of dirt on it. I had to be careful not to brush up against it while carrying my bags. Bathroom door was broken off lower hinge; appeared to have been kicked from the pattern in door. TV didn’t work.

It was really dirty. It looked like there was vomit on the hair dryer and the bed sheets were filled with cigarette holes... there was a cigarette butt on the floor. Parts of walls, air conditioner, floor and accessories were caked in dust or sticky... the carpet was sticky. The sheets has someone elses hair in them and looked soiled. It was so gross. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back yet.

The bathroom door was very damaged; it looked like an animal chewed through it. The sink had dirty soap scum on it, which I cleaned with a tissue, so it was very cleanable. There were mold stains in the tub/shower.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The furniture was not bad.
