Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe entrance was not well marked. The park is close which is a plus, but with the current homeless situation in the area there were tents and people loitering around the area.
The location was easy to get to and from the Expo Center. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly making sure we were comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious.

United States of AmericaThe location was a bit sketchy. Odd people hanging out in front of the store right near the hotel. Saw what looked like an abandoned car in the parking lot as well. The blanket wasn’t very comfortable, it was thin.
The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. The view of the park was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was quiet at night.

United States of AmericaThere were few homeless people around the hotel and I could find some of them in the breakfast area (probably has tie up with the staffs). Didn’t harm anyone or so but the sight was different and you didn’t pay for that.
Facilities were clean, decent breakfast and nice location.

United States of AmericaWe are both tall and the bathroom was small and the commode was extra low lol. The neighborhood was sketch. Unfortunately lots of unhoused, but still felt safe. Parked my car where I could see it from my room.
Easy access off the freeway. Super kind staff! Bed was comfy. Room was a little dated but it suited our needs perfectly.

United States of AmericaThis systemic problem of homelessness encroaches on the doorsteps of this nice little oasis. At first it appears threatening but if you’re in before dark and park under the lights near the front, the team of 24 hour security guards secure the perimeter. Management is aware of the threat and take all precautions to assure security and safety.
It was CLEAN, even the hallways and elevators. The breakfast was great, all staff including outside security were pleasant and helpful. There is a nice patio on the back of the hotel with access to the adjoining ball fields and track, a really nice and pleasant place to get outside and walk. Just be sure to be in before dark. Nice gathering spaces with fireplace inside, good amenities in the room.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, no fault of the hotel or staff as we were there on one of the coldest nights when a snowstorm went through, the heater in our room took hours to heat the room and we woke up around 5am to find that the hotel had no running water. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but we were already settled so we just asked for extra blankets for which they were very accommodating. As for the water, there wasn't anything the staff could do about it other than wait for help to come check it out. Given all this, I would still stay there under different circumstances.
The facilities and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was great!!!

United States of AmericaParking was a little bit tight and there were honestly a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood hanging out at the next door gas station which required a security car in the lot during the whole stay. More healthy options at breakfast would be nice.
The room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and the gym was good sized with a nice set of equipment. The breakfast was plentiful and 24-hour coffee, tea, and cookies were a really nice touch. Check-in was quick and efficient.

United States of AmericaThe previous reviews that I saw on Booking prior to my staying at this hotel were pretty accurate. There was a fair amount of options for breakfast in the morning. I didn't have trouble sleeping at night during my stay. I didn't spend a lot of time with the TV itself, but I kept the front desk staff in the loop to recommend for future guests that they do something about the TV itself. The TV in room 420 that I stayed in was having some technical difficulties. After the front desk staff replaced the TV remote batteries, none of the buttons on the remote worked to adjust the TV volume or bring up the channel guide, scroll between channels, etc.
