The pool hours and we didn't have hot water the first morning. Might have something to do with filling the pool.?

1. Shower sliding door would not stay closed. Annoyingly LOUD and SQUEAKING when you attempt to close while showering. Had to prop my foot to keep it closed during shower. Prefer curtains if these doors don't stay. 2. Small bathroom, could use 2 sinks if you're paying for a suite. 3. Outdated wooden closet doors 4. No extra plastic bags for laundry or garbage cans 5. Room was dusty, could see dirt on floor 6. Breakfast could be better, we've stayed at other Best Westerns and more variety with hotcakes, sausages, etc. we only got paper thin bacon slices and too mushed scrambled eggs, huge chunks would be better. 7. Shower has supposed pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner, body wash but EMPTY. Were told it doesn't dispense much if it's half filled. Not a fan of SUPER TINY bottles provided to make up for it. So hard to squeeze contents out if you have weak grip or arthritis. If those pumps are useless, take them out but it's always a PLUS for me for hotels !

location proximity to our destinations. Suite is HUGE but bathroom is small, for a suite, you need at least 2 sinks. Got our request for high floor ( didn't mind the long walk to elevator ). Allowed to check in by 2 pm. Friendly check in / out staff. Hot breakfast was decent enough for the price

The shower, the water came out into the bathroom toilet floor soaked. Never replaced linen I had to keep running for towels for showers. Breakfast was served everyday but no variety, same Breakfast daily.

Didn't get room I initially booked. It was given away to someone else. Because we were tired when we checked in, we did not check for bathroom towels until the following morning. Because we had to be somewhere in the morning, we did not contact the front desk to get additional towels.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Close to facility we came to the area for.

It was disheveled and unclean. The hallway our room was on looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in a week or more. The actual room seemed clean, but the rest of the facility was not.

My bed didn't have a fitted sheet, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and dust and dirt in bathroom, hallway smelled like weed all the time and $100 hold on my debit card screwed up my account

The hot water was lacking for showers, (not for the sink)... the hallways were dirty (but we did get in later Saturday) elevator overdeodorized for our taste One elevator out the whole time we were there... back door open, a little strange...

Upon arrival the room reeked of smoke, but was non smoking room, desk gave us air freshener to spray, helped a bit. Hoping our $100 deposit is returned nitified desk immediately upon arrival, so not blamed for smoking. Room had ants, was less than moderately clean, there was construction materials laying by door to rear entrance, trash cans overflowing, only 2 options for breakfast, all other breakfast options were not available, but were setup, just empty, and interesting help system at front counter with a computer screen that you talk to and a live person on it responds to your requests.

There were ample USB ports in the room.

Stayed 2 nights and room did not get cleaned after first night. Couldn’t get fresh towels. Constantly called housekeeping and got a busy signal all 12 times. Then called the front desk and it was busy every time.

The outside of our room had a security light shining right into our room all night. Even with the curtains down I couldn’t sleep with how bright the light was. The breakfast was not good. They had bagels but no cream cheese and nothing in the fridge like milk for the cereal, yogurt, etc. The room was not clean, I couldn’t walk around barefoot without having stuff stuck on my feet like crumbs. There was no hot water in the morning to shower with. You could hear everything in the hallway doors slamming all morning.

Everything was neat and clean. We had some trouble with the toilet and it took two tries to get someone to look at it and switch our room. Second room was the far end of the hotel and the internet for the TV kept skipping so that it was hard to watch anything. The beds were comfortable and clean. It served its purpose for one night but I would stay therefor multiple days

Trash and construction materials outside. Visibly dirty linens on the floor in the hallway going to our room. Front desk staff was hard to communicate with. Water in the shower was lukewarm. The room doors are very loud when they close, it’s rather jarring late at night and early in the morning.

Noises: Doors slamming as there is no silence foam on the doors, while guests chatted away in the corridors. So, doors slammed all night long with the added bonus of crying and barking dogs. Guests with pets really should be put in a separate part of the hotel. I question even staying in a pet room as neither was disclosed upon booking. And yes, I’m a pet lover and owner, but really, this type of hotel isn’t exactly a vacation spot, but a place to sleep. Added noise all night outside with the highway traffic felt like I was staying in the center of Atlanta, Georgia at the Motel 6: needs sound proofing or give patrons free ear plugs.

The room had a comfortable bed and a pretty good shower with better water pressure than most hotels.

Smell of pet odor, linen did not look fresh, no shower products provided as illustrated in the online pictures. Not much of a breakfast selection. Wife and I were really uncomfortable trying to sleep in the bed. I only got a few hours of rest and woke up with a backache.
