When I had to leave a day earlier, the desk person told me that by contacting Booking.com, they would call and verify that I had to leave because of a medical emergency at home and I would receive credit for one night’s stay. That was a lie. I would have appreciated him telling me the truth, that I’d lost my money. Won’t return, as planned.

There was a lot of loud guest fighting throughout the night. The bathroom in the room was also not in the best condition.

No one answered at the front desk when I called down. There was no remote or HDMI cord for the television. The hairdryer in the room did not work.

I did not like that they say breakfast included because the two weeks I was there, there was no breakfast at all I went down my first day and there was bread and juice. There was fruit everyday at least. I had to change rooms 3 times while being there although the staff were amazing with helping me get into other rooms i was very uncomfortable there. i was there as long as i was there due to personal reasons if i could of left earlier i would have.

I liked the staff they were very nice and helpful with anything i needed help with or asked for.

I had to switch rooms three times due to things in the rooms not working or having some kind of damage and had to extend my stay due to personal reasons and was not even given a deal.

The electronic door keys didn't work for our entire stay. The workers had to open our door every time we returned to our room. They didn't provide us with a privacy door plack even though we asked. Ans the power outlets on the lamp didn't work. Had to go buy a extension cord for our electronics. I asked them for partial refund and they said since I went with a 3rd party I would have to get you to talk to them about a partial refund. It was all very inconvenient.

It did not having to wake up at 1:00 in the morning hearing people next door arguing about drugs. I tried to go back to sleep then heard same argument at 6:00 in the morning I have stayed there at least four times and never had a problem I was disappointed.

I found bed bugs in the bed, the refrigerator was dirty, the smell of cigarettes was very strong in the hallways. It is not considered a continental breakfast.On November 6, I checked out at 3am. The staff that attended me should definitely take a customer service course and learn to be more courteous, thank goodness they work at that time when they don't receive many people. I didn't have any problems with him, the The only words that came out of his mouth were good night.

Friendly staff that helped when asked. In a nice part of town with lots of things within walking distance. Lots of parking. Great value for the price. Only a 2 mile, $9 Uber ride to the Santander Arena in downtown Reading and easy to get an Uber from the hotel and to get a return Uber in Reading. The rooms are pretty large with lots of space.

It is rundown. It needs to be updated. The beds and toilets were very low to the ground. They coffee maker was broken for the complimentary breakfast and there was no food there either.

The room looked like it may have been visited by housekeeping, as the bed was made. However they left some things to be desired. The trash cans were not emptied. Other than that, a major problem was the door lock was almost inoperative, if you "jiggled" the key card just right, the door would allow entry to the room.

Person at the desk was very helpful, as there was a problem with the door lock.

We've stayed at this location for many years. It's close on and off the highway without much difficulty. The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating.

When you turned on the exhaust fan it made the bathroom smell like stale cigarette. Also the room there was like clothing tags on the floor that were not from us. Wasn’t a lot of options for quick breakfast as it was not restocked or anything.

The room was very comfortable for the price. The breakfast had free coffee and water. The shower was a nice size. I enjoyed the sink being outside of the bathroom so that I can use it if someone was in the bathroom.
