The location was perfect - restaurants nearby, close to the freeway, quiet place (adjacent to residential neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

Both beds were infested with bedbugs and I was bitten every night. I don’t like to complain so I just lt go. I did tell the maid and front desk. I feel like I should get a couple of nights refund, but I’ll stay there again

The receptionist was NOT friendly at all. MOST of the plug ins were loose or not working, the bathroom vent was hanging and the light didn't work. We had to change the light bulb and push it back in. Because I didn't want to see the rude receptionist .People (families) were walking in for breakfast during breakfast hours and they couldn't refill the juice or waffle mix because when it's out it's out. They can only do one of each.

The wifi was out the entire time I was there. Speaking with others the wifi has been out for weeks. Now I’m hesitant to book for my next trip. Also in every room I have stayed the fridge freezes my food and drinks. Not sure how many more times I book here again.

I reserved a long mobility impared room with a tub; but, they had already gave it to someone else by the time we got there and was given a room with 2 queen beds and a walk-in shower. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and my wife and I woke up with a back ache. The shower curtain did not hold back water and the bathroom flooded. The TV was the smallest one I've seen in a hotel room in over 10 years and had a generic remote that didn't allow a person to use the TV's functions. When reserving the room it had one price work breakfast and another without breakfast. When checking out I was told breakfast was complimentary and included with the room. That probably needs to be cleared up on the website.

I liked the location of the hotel and the ease to get there from the loop. I liked the price of the room. It was clean and well heated.

Three bed was to soft and the bed cover was threadbare and torn in several places. The ice was easy to locate and the container easy to fill. There were no cups to put ice in, only coffee cups. The room was for mobility impaired and the tub extremely slick with a forward angle which made it dangerous to shower in. The was no shower mat or other devices to prevent slipping.

They have a very good location and there are many good restaurant choices within a 1/2 Mike radius. It was also convenient to one of the local hospitals. The price was exceptional and three rooms large and spacious. The was plenty Of convenient parking.
